      Ordered a product from Sea Bags website totaling $182.75 on December 11, 2022. Order was never received by recipient and Sea Bags never sent any confirmation about the order even being shipped. Credit card was charged on December 11, 2022. I sent emails on December 29th, and January 1st inquiring about the order status. There was no response from Sea Bags. I tried to call but there was no answer and the voicemail was full. I tried to contact them through social media and their messenger account is deactivated (oddly they are still posting social media updates?)

      I placed this order on 12/2/2022 and was charged the full amount on my credit card. I never received the items and never received a shipping confirmation or any other communication. I have called **************** multiple times and the voicemail box is full. I have emailed them with no response. I have even messaged them on ******** with still no information provided.       I placed an online order November 24 and received an order number. I have yet to receive my products as promised, yet I was charged for them. I have called numerous times. No one answers the phone and the voice mail is full. I have sent emails with no response. I have messaged on ******** and Instagram with no response. It seems as though this is typical of this company based on other comments by people who also placed orders in a November.

      Below email sent today 12-20-2022 sums up complaint...Hello Customer Service,I believe it is time for your company to address why there has been no communication from you on the status of my Order ********** that was submitted on Nov. 29. I tried connecting with you via phone and all company mailboxes are filled, thus cannot leave a message! An email to you only resulted in an automated reply. This is just unacceptable when you website states "All Sea Bags are handmade to order and take **** business days to produce. Once complete, our delivery partners require 3-7 business days depending on the destination and shipping method." Based on this website statement, submitting an order on Nov. 29 certainly is a sufficient amount of time (process/ship) to receive the order in time for the holiday! What is more upsetting than not receiving the order, is NOT communicating with the customer. My expectation is that you will overnight this shipment and extend a courtesy phone call that it is on it's way today!********************* ************

      I placed an order online in November and received a confirmation of my order on November 25. My order # is **********. I ordered 2 beverage bucket bags.The order was supposed to processed within 10 days and then shipped via **** I should have received an email providing me with shipping information when the bags were completed. I have not received any notifications since the confirmation of the order and I have not received my products.. In the meantime, I have tried contacting them via email and phone calls regarding my specific order. I have only received generic messages claiming they were busy because of holiday orders. My order is a Christmas order and I would like to know if my order has been processed and shipped and if I will receive it in time, but as I said, no one has answered my phone call or emails.       I placed an order online 11/19/22 to make sure it was received in time for me to make a mailed distribution of a Christmas gifts. I was told to expect it to be shipped 11/29/22. I sent an email on 12/3/22 as I did not receive notification of shipment. I received an automated reply which told me to expect shipment on 11/29/22. I received no additional reply to my email query. I have continued to call them, if I can get the phone to answer, I leave a message with my phone number and order number. I have not received any reply. My credit card was charged the full amount $239.08 on 11/19/22. Thank you for noting this complaint and assisting me in resolution.

      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

      I would like the business to know that I did not receive a personal response from them, just a notification of shipment.  There was  no acknowledgment that it was 3 weeks later than promised and no apology.  What arrived was not acceptable for me to send as a gift as intended (see photo).  An entirely unsatisfactory interaction that I am surprised the business is willing to stand behind.  

      Thank you to the BBB for at least getting them to send my order out to me.

      11/20/22 ordered 3 Seabags. At that time the website said 10 business days. At 15 business days I tried calling, I called for 3 days straight. I couldnt reach a live person and my voicemail went unanswered. I complained online and was asked to check my messenger where they asked my order number. No reply - then I asked again in messenger and was told they couldnt tell me anything and a manager would call me. No call back to date. Im still out $570! Ill be calling my credit card company now to file a complaint. Online ads still show 1 business days. There are a lot of ppl complaining in fb and having the exact same experience.

      Seabags has a trade in your sail for merchandise program. I sent a sail to them in early September. Seabags issued a merchandise order (**********) and shpped my order 9/22 via *** (tracking # 1Z08V651YW92152093). This package was destroyed during shipping. Tried to call and emailed customer service several times/left messages - no response. Finally called HQ and talked to a human. On 10/28 Seabags acknowledged the destroyed shipment and said they have a new order # (M-101495). They also indicated the merchandise would be sent 2nd day air. To date 11/11 I have not received my merchandiser or a new tracking #. Calls and emails continue to go unanswered. Just want the agreed to merchandise.

Fortunately, independent of this complaint we had shipped the replacement order over a week ago and the customer said he was satisfied with the resolution. However, our reponse time to resolve this was less than ideal.

      I purchased a tote bag on August 20th, and received an email on August 25th that the item had shipped along with tracking info. I have been tracking said package and the last known location was ************, **. I had reached out to customer service on several occasions (via ************** and never received any response. I decided it may be best to file a lost package with **** On September 12th I received an email from *** stating a claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information.I am unable to get ahold of the sender and would just like my money refunded. I am attaching my invoice for $205.11 from Seabags. Thank you for your assistance.
