      Horrible service. Long delays in shipping - could have driven to my vet's to just buy it (and she's an hour away!). Then Covetrus sent the auto-ship that was set up 2 days after sending my first order (rather than 3 weeks later). ****************** round #1 - disconnected me. Round #2 with ***** -- she tried very hard to solve the issue. Not her fault that the company cannot explain why they screwed up the order so badly. Information went from my needing to return products at my expense to no need to return and refund issued. So many competitors in this market for pet pharmacy that there is zero reason for me to ever use Covetrus again. I did it only to try to put a bit of the sale into my vet's pocket. I'd rather pay her a higher price directly or just save with a far more reliable company, such as Pet Rx.

After reviewing your account, I do see an error on our end with the second order placement from 12/14/22. This was not an Autoship order, but an order placed by an agent in error. This will be reviewed as a training opportunity for that agent. We will also be reviewing all the interactions you had with our customer service team to ensure we are providing the best service possible.A refund was submitted on 12/26/22 in the amount of $59.65 for the full amount of the Vetri-Science Supplement and an additional 20% for the Milbehart. As stated on our website, some orders may arrive later than expected due to shipping carrier delays. Per tracking, both of the orders were delivered within our 3-5 business day standard shipping time frame that was selected at the time of check out. Again, we do apologize for your experience and we do strive to provide the best customer service experience possible.       Covetrus sent a bad bag of Lactated Ringer's fluid , yellow and fluid very cloudy. My pet is 18 years old cat and in renal last stages. When I called they couldn't guarantee faster service to replace the bad bag they sent out. I had to beg! They must develop an emergency protocol and procedure when it's urgent and THEY screwed up. No more!

As this is a prescription item, we followed protocol with our pharmacy as well as the manufacturer to ensure that the product was safe to use.       They received my order on 11/4 5:37 am. Suppose to ship 3-5 days. I called on 11/7 to check status. Was told I should be getting a tracking number at night and package should arrive 11/9 in the am. Called on 11/8 and the package has still not shipped. Was told I should get it no later than 11/11. Shipping is horrible with this company. If company says 3-5 days why is it taking so long .

After reviewing your account, I do show that you spoke with one of our floor supervisors and she explained that these diet orders ship directly from the manufacturer and the 3-5 business day time frame starts from when the order ships out. It looks like a full refund was offered on this order so I will get that processed right away as this order has now shipped out. If you feel like your autoship frequency needs to be moved up a week to accommodate for fulfillment and transit times, please feel free to update that on your account, or let us know and we would be happy to help with that.       This company is horrible. I ordered flea/tick medications Bravecto online. It took them over a week to ship instead of 3-5 days. When I did the tracking, **** did not deliver it stating that the address is vacant. I work from home and there is no reason why the house is vacant. I sent emails and called for replacement and have been given the run around stating that they cannot re-ship until the receive the package back. I have no control over **** not delivering. They can't think outside the box and problem solve. All I am asking is to replace the shipment immediately and expedited it overnight. Because of them, my dogs are out of medication. They don't care about the wellbeing of the pets.

Regarding the original order, I do see that you placed that on 9/23/2022. We did not get an approved prescription on file until 9/30/2022 and were able to ************** out the same day we received the prescription. Thank you.

      Thanks for the response. My issues are: 1) if there is a delayed in the refill by, there should be a mechanism when clients are informed so that they can follow up with their vets. I was not informed that there was a delay in filling the prescription. 2) Yes, the shipment was finally re-shipped but that was after many phone calls and emails when I was repeatedly told no because you have to wait for the missing package to be returned first before you can re-ship. Not once did you ask about how urgent this medication is or offer alternative. I was told repeatedly by your customer service including manager that they can't change the rule. I had to finally scream at them and told them that true customer service is not just following the rules but thinking outside the box and problem solve. So, while you may want to take credit in getting this issue resolved, I want people to know that I was the one who came up with the solution and I had to fight really hard for it.

      Because of shipping cost, I had no choice but to sign up for Auto Ship. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. They have double charged me and are saying at first, just too bad. The charge was on the same day and I said I wanted my money back. After I argued with the girl, she put me on hold forever and finally came back, and said they would refund 30%. on One bag!!! WHAT??? I didnt do this!!!!

We take disappointing interactions seriously, and will be reviewing the phone call and retraining where necessary.I took the courtesy of reviewing your account and see that there is an AutoShip set up for the Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein HP Dry for Cats 7.7lb bag, on a 20 week frequency. I show there was an autoship order that processed 8/23/2022 at 3:18 AM, and then a duplicate order placed manually by "Pet Owner" on the online storefront. I can certainly see the frustration or confusion this may have caused to see the two charges on your card. As a one-time courtesy, we are more than happy to refund you for the duplicated order. The food is not able to be cancelled, so you'll still receive the order. Please feel free to keep and use it for Gatsby or dispose as you see fit.If you need any help with updating your Autoship frequency as you'll have two bags, don't hesitate to let us know.       They didn't let me know that my dogs prescription would not be filled, due to vet closing. Left my best friend with no blood pressure meds. Order was already paid for. I **** given 2 different stories as to what went wrong.

      After reviewing the interactions you had with Covetrus, I sincerely apologize for your experience and the conflicting information you received. In most instances, the clinic notifies its pet owners of its separation from the online pharmacy. The separation process between the clinic and online pharmacy does take some time to complete and to make the necessary updates once the request comes through. Unfortunately, this can cause delays to orders that are in flight or pending vet authorization that need canceled and the necessary communication to the pet owners. We recognize we can do better in these instances and we will be passing this example to our leadership team for review. Thank you for your feedback regarding your situation.

      Another horrible customer experience. Created an order on 7/18. Order still not received after 10 days of waiting. Tried sending an email inquiry twice and online chat = simply useless. Called yesterday 7/27 and was told my order was pending due to Vet approval. Immediately called my Vet who has a record of there approval given the same day I created the order 7/18. Just like the previous review a broken system and my dog has to suffer the consequences as he desperately needs his daily pills. It's obvious Covetrus is offering a white label solution which is a complete failure. I plan on talking to my Vet owner because this impacts their reputation as well. Where is my order???
