Ordered meds for my cat - 11 days later still "filling." If the drug being ordered was life saving for my pets, I certainly wouldn't count on Covetrus to get me the meds.Covetrus

I apologize for the experience you had with us. We understand how important these medications are and do our best to communicate any delays with orders as quickly as possible. After reviewing your account, it appears that the medication you ordered on 4/7/2023 for Duke is a compound, meaning it was made specifically for your pet. To ensure that we are dispensing quality products, each of our compounded medications are required to go through a testing phase to ensure the efficacy of the product. Unfortunately, this process can take some time. It looks as if we emailed you on 4/12/2023 letting you know of the delay and that if you needed the medication right away, to contact your veterinarian for an interim supply. As always, we strive to treat each order as if it is a life-saving medication since all products dispensed keep *************** healthy and thriving.

1 starDeceptive delivery promises.A company that offers and charges extra for 2 day guaranteed delivery knowing full well they wont deliver for several days or even weeks on a medication WELL known to be rarely used for anything other than veterinary cancer treatment should be ashamed.To not make this perfectly clear at any point during the ordering process should be criminal.Every day my dog doesnt begin this critical medication, increase the likelihood of faster tumor growth and metastasizing, potential pain and suffering and is very likely another day or less she will live.I will do all I can to discourage every pet owner and veterinary clinic I can to immediately terminate the use of your so called pharmacy.Shame on you Covetrus!!!!Review fromKayla C

I'm so angry with Covetrus. Because of errors on their part, my two horses have been without their medication for nearly three weeks. I've dealt with customer service mutliple times and keep getting different answers as to what's going on. My vet has even tried to fix the problem but the medication still hasn't arrived. I'm helpless and both of my horses are declining in health as a result. Supposedely the medication will arrive in a few days but I'll be believe it when I see it. I'm so fed up and my horses are suffering because of this ordeal.Covetrus

Hello *****,I am so sorry to hear of your unsatisfied experience with Covetrus. I understand the importance of ensuring you get your horses their medication on time. After reviewing your account, I do see several orders placed since 1/24/23. The first two cancelled orders for ****** and ******'s Prascend were Autoship orders. ******* was cancelled as we did not get confirmation if you needed this prescription already based on the dosage we had on file. ******'s order was cancelled yesterday as a new order was shipped this week. I can confirm an error on our end for Gingers Prascend Autoship order on 2/7/23 and a missed step in notifying you. Our pharmacy held the order to confirm if you needed this prescription as we shipped this out previously on 1/10/23. Unfortunately, the step to email you on 2/8/23 was missed and an email did not send until 2/12/23. This has been sent to the agent's Supervisor to review so this does not happen in the future.Since then, two orders were placed on 2/16/23, both for Solita and ******'s Prascend and both have shipped. Per tracking, these items are expected to deliver on 2/22/23. Because of miscommunicaton and error on our end, I am submitting a 30% refund on each order as a courtesy. You can expect the refunds with in 3-5 business days.I am going to send you an email as well directly from our Covetrus email to ensure the Autoship for Solita and Ginger are correct. I received an email declining an order I didn't place. Worrying that my account was hacked, I emailed them and explained the situation. This was three weeks ago. I continue to try to contact them by email every day and still they do not respond. But I know...they're sorry. Don't you be sorry--skip Covetrus and buy from a reputable company. As Covetrus states in a comment below, "Our company operates differently than other companies...." Wow, do I agree with that.Covetrus

Hello *****,I am sorry to hear of the experience! After reviewing your account, it appears that the Interceptor for ****** and ***** was placed on our autoship program when you originally placed an order back on 2/2/2022 and 4/14/2022. We do send out an autoship reminder email a week prior to order placement to give time to update or cancel as needed. Unfortunately, it looks like that email did not get delivered. However, the new order of Interceptor for ****** was declined by your vet. I have gone ahead and removed the autoship for ****** and ***** from your account. If you wish to start the autoship again, you may do so at any time by placing a new order and selecting autoship during check out.Review fromCole N

Not the most reliable company considering your order medication and specialty pet food. My most recent order never showed up, **** tracking was stuck in Pre Shipment for almost two weeks. They said it was due to the weather in ***** but seems more like my package was lost. It was prescription food for my dog, he needed food and I felt like I was stuck. Ended up ordering the food from Chewey, showed up 2 days later. The customer service reps are very kind and professional, but the company has major logistic issues.Covetrus

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the experience you have had with our pharmacy. Once a diet order is placed on our site, our system sends directly to the manufacturer for fulfillment, as to Chewy sends from their own warehouse. We have noticed that once the diets ship from the manufacturer, the tracking information may not update from label created until the order is delivered, which is averaging 3-5 business days. We encourage customers to contact us if you do not get the delivery in the shipping time frame selected and we are happy to assist in getting a replacement sent out. We are continually working side by side with all of our diet manufacturers to have a smoother ordering and fulfillment process for the overall goal of pet health. I see the refund for this order has been submitted. I will process that immediately and you should see that back on your card within a few business days. This company is a total joke. Have prescription dog food on autoship. Email just states filling order. 9 days later....NOTHING! Emails unanswered. No real answers from phone calls. Sent last email requesting food or my money back. This company should be shut down!! It's called fraud when you take money for something and don't deliver.!!!!Covetrus

First and foremost, than you for your honest feedback. I am sincerely sorry for the experience you have had with our pharmacy. We strive for excellence and unfortunately did not meet expectations for your order. In reviewing your account, I show that you had the opportunity to speak with two of our representatives on January 25th and another on January 31st regarding your food order. Once a diet order is placed on our site we immediately send the information over to the manufacturer of that diet for fulfillment as to ensure the best quality of food for your pets. In this instance, the order was showing as fulfilling on our side of the system each time you had spoken with one of our representatives. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the notice of an out of stock status for the Hill's® Prescription Diet® Dog d/d® Potato & Venison 25lb Bag that we weren't notified of until the afternoon of the 31st, 4 hours after your call. Due to the large quantity of orders we request for fulfillment, there is sometimes a delay between an order being placed and the stock status to fulfill. We are continually working side by side with all of our drop ship manufacturers to have a smoother ordering and fulfillment process for the overall goal of pet health. At this time I did verify that your order was cancelled on 2/3, and with the situation surrounding I understand the frustration. If in the future you do choose to give our pharmacy another try, I have added a 30% off discount on your account. To redeem, simply call in and our team will apply it to your next order of pet food. A disappointed customer.I ordered $251 worth of galliprant. Before even opening the bottle, my pet was put on long-term steroids to save his sight from an infection. We could no longer give him Galliprant due to a serious interaction. After phoning Covetrus, I could only get 1/2 of the cost back. My vet encourages only to order from this pharmacy. I am disappointed that they did not at least give me a full credit to purchase ************** for my aging pet.Covetrus

Per pharmaceutical law, once a prescription item has been dispensed, we cannot accept the product back for a full refund or resell, even if the product has not been opened. They are a drop ship company according to their supervisor. I ordered food for my chronically ill cat. Waited days and order only said processing. Called to find out the delay and was told it would be mailed out SOMETIME later in the week. I explained I ordered the food early using their auto shop option, so there would be no lapse in delivery. Then for 2 days my order said filling. So i called yet again and spoke to a supervisor who said basically it will be shipped out when it gets shipped out. So if you have an animal that needs food or medication to survive, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Shame on them as they clearly do not care for the health and well being of animals!Covetrus

I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our company operates differently than other companies to where we dropship our diet items directly from the manufacturer whereas other companies may have the food in their direct warehouse. This is to ensure we are offering the best quality of food to your pet as possible. Once these orders get sent to the manufacturer, unfortunately, we can no longer see where the orders are in processing. As it was expressed during the phone call that you had with a supervisor, it can take 3-5 business days for the manufacturer to ship the product and then an additional 3-5 business days to be delivered. If possible, we recommend having diet autoships place a week and a half to two weeks before needed to take these possible delays into consideration.Julie T

OR - I could just order from ANY OTHER COMPANY that will mail out the rx food when ordered like Petsmart and Petco. I ordered from both companies and they had it out to me in 72 hours. Why would iI ever use your company again ,when I planned for a specific date to auto ship and it then takes an ADDITIONAL week to mail out. Advertises Orders over $49.00 ship free however, under the fine print only orders that are on the Auto Ship designation are free. Very misleading. They are impossible to locate via app and are nothing like the great customer ******* of ****** ***** or *********** or even Amazon. This is my first order and it will be my last. Avoid this company! Go with the others I mentioned above.Covetrus

Horrible customer service. For a company that supplies pet maintenance meds on a pre order schedule the meds are never available always on backorder. How can they not know the amounts needed when its on a schedule??? Absolute nightmare dealing with this company!!!!Covetrus
