    I ordered a seatbelt buckle that was faulty. It would not work with the seatbelt latch in my truck. I returned the part with a note including my order number and what was wrong with the product. They refuse to refund my money.

    I ordered the "Luggage Tray, ******************** (MZ314738)" for $80.67 for my ********** Outlander PHEV, with a total cost of $114.18 including shipping and tax. It was shipped via ****, but when I opened the parcel, I found the wrong item: a "Hose, A/C Compressor Suction (7815A889)." I contacted the seller, and they asked me to attach photos of the labels and provide my VIN number. I responded over a month ago, but I haven't received any further communication from them. I would like to receive the correct tray or get a refund.

    I made on offer of $180 online. They declined my offer. They went ahead and charged me full price even though I didnt approve it, and proceeded to ship it without my consent. I contacted ****** who said to return it and he would refund my money. I spent $40 out of pocket to ship the part back. They received the package 2 days later. After 4 days I cant get in touch with anyone and they have not yet refunded my money. I have sent 20+ emails with no response. All I want is my money back that was promised to.

    I ordered a pair of windshield spray nozzles. Was only sent one, then told the missing one would be sent priority and 3 days later it has still not been shipped. Very bad customer service and company. I lost money on this customers repair because of this company. They even told me they would make it right if they didn't ship it in time. Which they did not but they refused to offer a refund for the mistake made. I understood human error to begin with but overnight shipping not being shipped for 3 days is unacceptable. Buy your parts from another seller.

    I ordered a advertised "new factory oem" enclouse and subwoofer from Quirk. I received a junk yard find enclouse that was cut out of another jeep with a Sawzall. It could not even be used because the wire harness was cut, and the sides where it bolts to jeep were cut off. I tried go call thier number which doesn't ring just goes to a full vm box. I emailed them and was told to send proof and pics, I sent them the pics they asked for and asked for a resolution. they then ignored me. After 2 months and 13 emails, I threatened a BBB report. They finally offered to send a *** label to return for a exchange or replacement.I explained i didn't want a full refund, and that i salvaged just the used woofer out of the enclouse, and did not want to take my jeep apart to get the woofer out but would send my old functional woofer, i would be satisfied with a partial refund. I sent back the enclouse, along with my old speaker.They now have thier part and every *****. I would have accepted a replacement enclouse that was as advertised or a partial refund as I now paid $300 for a used woofer I could have gotten for $100.

    I purchased an auto part from this company on 06/26/2023. This is the incorrect part for my model of vehicle. I wish to exchange this for the correct part or return for refund. I have tried, unsuccessfully, for the past 10 days to communicate with this company. The phone numbers advertised are answered with this mailbox is full. Goodbye. I have also had zero success attempting to communicate through email. I contacted a different Quirk owned company (Quirk ***** parts department) seeking help contacting Quirk Parts. This person chuckled and said that Quirk parts no long has any working telephone numbers and my only hope is via email. I sincerely hope the BBB can assist me with my more than reasonable request.

    In reference to complaint #********: As in most disputes, business and personal, communication will usually reslove the issue. Quirk Auto Parts is difficult to contact however, once commucation was established they did resolve my complaint quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
