  Stay away from this company. I ordered their part from *********** and i verified according to their charts the part was correct for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler. I had it installed and it did not work at all. This was the second time for the same A/C controller so i figured there was something else wrong other than the controller. I had to wait almost two weeks to get an appointment with the local Jeep Dealer so they could run a full diagnostic on the a/c system. They called and told me the controller was the wrong one and gave me a part # that i needed instead of what they had sent me, even though the chart said it would work. So i had the part removed and touched base with Quirk Parts about returning it and getting the right controller. It took emails back & forth for 6 days before they finally told me i was just past the 30 days even though it was not my fault and i wanted to return it and purchase the correct part from them. They have no PHONE # you can call them on!!Now i am stuck with a $400. controller because the chart that says it fits is not correct for my Jeep.They don't give a c*** about us, look at all the bad reviews they have!!

  I ordered a lightning fast heavy duty USB cable from Quirk Auto Parts. They sent me the wrong one. I have attempted to contact them for 2 weeks now through emails and calls. No one will get in touch with me. Now I'm stuck with a cable I can't use and I'm out $28 ($11 shipping costs).Don't do business with these people!!

  No issues. They were the only one's able to get the dealer part I needed, the dealers I tried never even responded to my inquiry. I took about a week to receive after ordering and was the perfect fit. It was a fuel line with quick connect fittings.

  Purchased a door lock actuator from Quirk Parts in January of ****. Part appeared to be in stock yet still took 2 weeks for delivery. Part arrived broken however I only first realized it was broken during the install. Had to swap part off old actuator to replace broken part on new actuator to save myself a lot of time, rework and headache due to QPs terrible return policy. Asked them for a partial refund since I was still able to use it and they had no interest in doing anything. Company only communicates through email, telephone number provided is a frustrating dead end so dont bother calling it. Recommend shopping elsewhere.

  I placed in order for a rear differential on 9-1-23. The part was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days so when I didn't receive it I tried to call the number on the website but all you get is an automated Service saying the voicemail is full so I had to email the company to see why it was delayed. Finally I was sent tracking information for the part. When it came in they had sent me some cheap piece of plastic for another car. I requested a refund on ****. Then they refused to refund my money until I returned the part shipped in error, so essentially they held a $3000 return ****** until I sent back a cheap piece of plastic they had sent me. Then it took weeks and multiple emails to get them to send me a return shipping label. I finally received a refund today 10-16-23. Long story short it took multiple emails, filing a dispute with my credit card company and 31 days from the time I requested a refund to finally get my money back.
