    We sent this letter end of July and have received no response or resolution- *** ******* On March 29 2024 you showed up to our home to replace our barn roof. We agreed to go forward with the job. The roof was torn off by a-crew from *************, and you eventually left them on their own to complete the job leaving them with no resource for any needed supplies or extra wood for any soft spot found or problems that may occur. They worked well into dusk. They came back the next morning and finished the job again without your supervision. We trusted the roof was done right. On April 11th we had heavy rain. The roof leaked heavily in more than one spot. We contacted you and you vowed to fix it. A crew showed up and left without fixing it after speaking with you on the phone. It is July and months have passed and neither you or a crew have fixed the roof. You did not fix nor show any initiative to honor your ************ have mocked us in correspondences. We hired you with a $5000 deposit with a contract and two year warranty. We paid $7533 on the completion of the ****** has rained for months with the roof leaking into a drywalled studio, around the chimney and ************ this point we are asking for payment to pay for the roofer we had to hire to repair your leaks after waiting for you to show up with a crew and eventually letting us know we should go ahead and hire someone else to do it.We do not want to escalate this as we know you are a young business and at this point reputation is everything. Thus far we have not publicly complained or shared the nature of our business dealings. Please respond by August 10 with payment to cover the *********** are in possession of the estimate and amount we have payed to fix your mess.

    Better Business Bureau:
    M&E have contacted us and have agreed to make amends and provide us with a refund for the unfortunate faulty installation. I am happy with the terms of the refund and hope they hold up their end of the deal through the repayment plan they have offered. 
    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 

    Hopefully the owner will always keep a watchful eye on any future installations.
