  *** and his crew did great work. Ive used *** for a few jobs now. He is dependable. He is honest he is affordable and he does great work. I cant say enough good things about my interactions, his service, and his dedication to making the job and doing it right.

  Do not work with this company. They will try to charge more money AFTER starting the project. They dont offer proper bids/quotes. They dont fully examine the project at hand. My roof leaks in areas I asked them about and they claimed they have never had one leak. They damaged my siding and now claim they didnt. They will then publicly try to shame you, threaten you and block contact. They will email you using multiple emails and send documents using multiple addresses. I was taken advantage of and now am being intimidated to pay more money in addition to the amount I already paid that was agreed upon via a contract. Yikes.

  we gave her multiple discounts to help her out as a single mother when inspected we found 2 layers of shingles and then a vapor barrier which led us to believe it was 2 layers so we quoted it at that, we found out it was 6 layers with 4 more under the underlayment I originally charged her for 1 layer to help her out because money is tight for her and then we found it had multiple layers I explained to her that usually I charge $150 per layer after 1 layer and sent a quote breaking down what it would be and what I was willing to charge her, then when it was done and time to pay they began making false comments about us,

  I have screenshots of her asking us to repair a section of roofing that metal had blown off and 5 feet from that metal that was blowing in the wind was some broken siding and now shes claiming it was us when it was the wind that smashed the metal to the wall, she paid us todo one small section of a two layer roof that leads into a valley and she only paid us todo half of the valley and is claiming the roof leaks because of us when its clearly because she didnt do the whole roof because she couldnt afford it. She never made any of these claims of damage or leaks prior to paying me it was only after I contacted her for the rest of the money she owed that she began to make these allegations 

  we have plenty of proof the discredit all these false claims and have started to motion to take this costumer to court for non payment and defamation of character,

  The damage to the siding was addressed immediately when I saw it. He apologized and said, come on guys, be careful to his crew. Unfortunately, I dont have that in any text format since it was addressed in person. They claim to have dashcam footage of the damage, but there is no possible way to access the area by vehicle. I never agreed to pay more in addition to the contracted amount. I paid the amount I was contracted to pay. The company made a public post on a local social media platform giving my name and address, which is invasion of privacy and also could be dangerous providing private details. I attempted to reach the company after they sent me aggressive text messages after receiving the check I mailed. They blocked my number and I was not able to get into contact with them. I sent a picture of the valley they are referring to and I was assured that it would not leak. It did. This happened after the company blocked all forms of contact. How would I address the issue with them if I cannot contact them? I spoke to other previous customers of this company who also had issues which prompted me to share my own experience and review. Defamation of character means false allegations were made and none of the things I said in my review are false. However, they shared false information about me on social media. The company sent an email from their legal team to which I responded asking for contact information, as I would be happy to speak to said legal team. I got no response.

  I believe that youre not understanding that you only did half of the valley, the half of the valley that we installed is not leaking, the half of the roof that you couldnt afford to replace is leaking; which in fact makes it not our fault. I strongly thing that isnt processing with you, and yes we blocked contact after your boyfriend called us several times being rude and threatening us, again maam this will all be settled in court,

  You assured me the valley wouldnt leak when I addressed it with you, within the 48 hour revision window - which was in the contract. Instead of offering a solution, you said I have never had a roof leak. The only threat that involved my partner was the text sent TO him from someone falsely claiming to be a lawyer(spelling and grammar errors were the red flag.) and claiming to be your relative - but Im pretty sure the text came from your own personal number? You never spoke to him on the phone - I know you didnt because I was the one who made the calls to you 3x the day you sent me rude/threatening texts messages because you blocked my number. I had no way to contact you. You keep mentioning court, suing and lawyers - but yet I have received no information to contact your representation? Even though m&e legal team sent me an email from your own private email address? At no point in time have you tried to reach a solution or responded outside of these review comments. I look forward to speaking with your legal team. This is the last time I will respond to these comments. You have all of my forms of communication. Therefore, any legal team should also have my contact information. Thanks!
