      I wish I had of done a little research prior to ordering the Sublingual Vitamin D-3. The representative that I ordered from wasn't honest about the ingredients. These are Full of unhealthy ingredients such as Mannitol and especially Fructose..SUGAR. she talked me into ordering 6 packs. Be careful because she's a good scammer. I really screwed up and passed my return date of a Few days. I'm sure that's what they are counting on. They will give you credit, but don't have any NATURAL products..!! I do NOT recommend this company.

      According to our investigation, Susan Harkar ordered Sublngual Vitamin D-3 from our company on September 7, 2024.  She called after the 30-day money back product guarantee.  I have emailed Susan to let her know that we will refund the full product price as soon as we receive the unused portion back.

      The continued success of Dr. Newton's Naturals is dependent upon our customer's trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust.

      I'm very disappointed with this company. I bought a vitamin supplements from them and they insist to sell three bottles of the ********** I just wanted to try a bottle to see if it works. So I bought all three which cost me over a $100.00+ I finished one and I did not see any change in my health. I called to return the product since it did not work. Who can remember to call after a month of trial. They did not want to accept the returns because it was over a month. I think they try to make money off of you because they get to keep the hundred plus dollars, and you get to keep the three bottles that don't work. Why don't they just sell one bottle and if you forget to call to tell them it did not work, you only lose the amount of one bottle. But this company insists on selling 3 bottles. No wonder when I look at their review rating, they only have one. I will tell my friends and relatives not to consider any of their products because of their bad policy. Bad review. I lost $100. But they will lose more customers.

      I am the caregiver for a lovely 95 year old lady and a sales person from Dr ********************** called and harassed the lady I care for. Pushing and pushing her and not accepting no thank you for an answer. After 10 minutes I noticed that the lady I care for was beginning to be stressed out and unstable because of the harassment and the fact that many elderly people don't want to be direct. Shame on this woman!!!!

      As one of the owners of the company, I am disheartened to hear of this experience with one of our representatives.  I would like to follow up personally but will require more information if you have it.  Did the person that you care for order anything from us in the past?  If you are comfortable giving me the name of the person, I can investigate the order in our system.

      I ordered calmax lemon lime and it came and I read the ingredients because they keep them hidden on the web page. It has other ingredients that you do not want in your body. Erythritol is not going in my body ( and others). They don't reply to questions on their web page. And their email doesn't work. It is going back. *** and FTC will be getting my complaint next. Deceiving the public that it is a health product.

      Our investigation indicates that ***************** ordered one can of CalMax Refresh on December 14, 2023.  **** could view the actual label of ingredients by clicking on the ingredients.  The product does contain Erythritol which functions as a natural sweetener (also found in fruits and vegetables) that has a good safety profile.  According to the manufacturer, overall Erythritol appears to be a good alternative sweetener with very few side effects.

      We also tested our website customer service links and they have been operational.  As with any product, they may not work for everyone but fortunately they work for the vast majority of our customers who have received benefit through the years.  We thank **** for ordering CalMax Refresh and he should follow the return directions for a full product refund.
