Smells an awful lot like a scam. They called me and left message using identifying information that could have been found on internet.Said they were collecting unpaid bills (which I have no record of)I returned call at the number associated with this BBB record.Said they couldn't identify me from my phone number and the date time/they called me.Insisted I provide information to them them. Was surly and unprofessional.

NOTE: zero stars would be my rating if allowed by BBB site...Not sure who is worse, Thomas or their client. I was a ** ******** patient in need of a procedure in **. Thomas' client is ME pathologist, identified after the procedure, who has no problem doing business in ** but refuses ** ********. Tried working with the ******, to no avail. Then when Thomas got involved, I sent them an explanation of my dispute.Eventually, with no return explanation as to what they were doing, they sent me a bill with 0 balance. Full disclosure, the bill DID say 'write-off', BUT... NO notice by Thomas that the charge was STILL going to be reported to the credit agencies as "Derogatory".Bill could have just as easily been written off due to the ****** agreeing that it was an oversight on their part to bill me in the first place - this was how I viewed it. When I disputed to credit agencies. Thomas changed the credit status they had place on my reports to "Collections", (retribution for filing a claim?). [NOTE: *************** mislabeled my dispute as claim of fraud. Never once was that mentioned by me. So, now I am left to wonder: was Thomas somehow involved in that determination in order to allow for bureaus judgement of "charges have been verified" by Thomas].
