Ordered these radios to use in the desert. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they do not stand by that. They do not work and you can not get your money back as they advertise on their website.Business Response

We bought the radios on December 26th. The radio broke which they agreed was a fault on their end. They replaced the radio. I received the replacement radio but in order for it to work they have to activate the sim card. I called for 3 days straight 4 times a day but their company never answered their phones. I sent an email with no reply for days. When I finally got a hold of someone in sales they transferred me to a tech which went to vm. No one called back. Another email was sent by me...no reply. After days of trying to call their customer service number I received an email stating that they had activated the sim card. They did not activate the sim card. The radio still showed "No account exists". After emailing and never receiving a reply when letting them know it didn't activate I tried again and again to call them finally reaching some girl who did the sim card activation again. She said they would not work until the company fixed some technical errors in their system and they did not know when that would ever be, So I paid for these radios and am told they have no idea when they will work again. We have been having issues with the radios and have, on several occasions and at different times, tried to reach out to them for resolution or troubleshooting only to have a voice recording state that the number we have dialed is not a working number. We have paid good money for these radios and are tired of not getting any response via phone or email. We demand that we get fully reimbursed for these radios and that they send a mailing label so we can ship these radios back as they do not work. I have attached a screenshot of the email I received when I purchased these radios as proof that I have bought them.Business Response

Again i have responded by phone and email and have gotten no response other than this message that says check the tracking info. a simple call or email could resolve this. contact me at ************ to get this resolved as it is a large amount of money. Well I started an order with rapid radios on November 9, 2024 I waited a few days to do a check in and they responded to might take a little longer. FINE. Well, its been about three weeks and Ive had a *** tracking and a **** tracking (Confused as in 2 tracking numbers). I contacted them this weekend via email to ask what the status was, they said the radios still has not been shipped. It takes 10 to 14 business days to ship due to unforeseen circumstances per se. With that being said they ended up refunding my whole order of almost $673 without an explanation. I have been trying to call them today and previously numerous times and it goes to about 15 minutes and an automated system will come on saying that the call volume is too much basically and we hang up on you. YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH. I contacted them on ********. They deleted my comment within a minute and blocked me from the page when I confronted them. I dont know why as a business, you wouldnt want a fair review but no, they do not. I do not recommend this company and from what *** heard you could possibly get the same radios for a lot cheaper. I was really excited to get this for my business. I DO NOT recommend these folks. You can go on Reddit read the reviews. Buyer beware!!!! I do have all the proof of calls and emails if needed. Purchased the radios and it was stated that it is pre-programmed when 2 or more radios are purchased. Received the radios with the note that I did not order the programming service. False advertising when it says pre programmed. No contact information for the company.Business Response

I ordered my radios on October, with the promise that orders can take 3-4 business days to ship and 7-10 days to arrive, but typically much faster. I have not received my radios 20 says later and can't get them to answer the phone or respond to my phone calls.Business Response
