    Tried to order two different times. First time they credited back, wanted to give them a chance, ordered in June, no contact, no parts, finally got ky money back through a charge back. Many others resorted to the same after months of no communication. Don't bother. Website is currently down so no access to orders or anything.

    Its 9/10/23, and Ive been waiting on two orders placed 6/11/23 and 7/22/23.Im far from the only person in which they will not contact, even though they show active daily on their Instagram, yet havent posted anything.They responded to a private message on IG 6/28/23 and last posted on 6/29/23, yet wont let a ton of anxious customers know the current situation of their orders.

    I still want to give them a chance. My only complaint is the lack of communication on their end. Which I completely understand, being a small business and such. I ordered a blemished upper and blemished lower from them back on June 16/17, 2023. I understand there is Lead Times, and it doesn’t matter me. I can wait for it. I just would like to know what’s going on with it, since it still says “awaiting fulfillment”. I like their designs so I don’t want to hurt their business. I emailed them about 4 times since then, called the number 3 times, and texted their instagram once.

    My order has not been refunded or delievered . Will not even answer phone or emails. Long time customer, now Im getting burned?
