    In September of 2023 I placed an order for a lower and upper combo. No communication from the company on when order would be received. Tried calling to get a refund and the website s*** down. No refund has been issued.

    I ordered the **** VDD-15-P billet receiver set back in June of this year, 2023. I got the order confirmation email and that's it. since then, I have not heard back from the seller despite multiple emails asking for updates. now it is November and I still have not heard anything back. This is a terrible way to do business, more like robbery.

    I ordered an 80% lower reciever from them for$96.50 plus tax plus shipping. They took the money immediately from my card. Its been 5 months ,no product,no emails returned no phone calls answered except to tell you to email them . Iv emailed them several times to no avail. You can't leave a voice mail cause tier inbox is full. I have never been ripped off like this. Please Venom defence , send product, or refund me my $$.

    On 6/22/2023 I purchased a Slick Side Billet Upper Receiver (SS-AM) from *** at Venom Defense via Invoice # *****. Its the last of over 10 purchases Ive made in the past 6-7 years. Ive attempted to contact them via phone, email & website contact form but never received a response.

    I placed an order back in June. I spent nearly $400 and now what 3 months later no product no refund issued and *** passenger has disappeared! I want a full refund!

    My company ordered and paid for lower receivers from Venom Defense. We have never received the order. I found out today that owner of the business passed away. His wife has closed down the business and closed all methods of reaching the business to address the way to get a refund for purchases made that will never be filled.

    I ordered some product from this vender and they did not fulfill my order but did take the money from account i would like for them to refund my money

    On 6/15/23 I ordered a upper from them and money was withdrawn on 6/17/23 and never got upper started emailing then calling and nothing its 10/10/23 and still nothing !! I have purchased before and never had a problem but will never order again!!!

    Paid over $200 for a matched set billet upper and lower receiver. Still havent gotten the items and have tried to contact numerous times by email and phone to no avail. I want a refund of my money.
