      Daysmart is a bad idea. Their customer support is the worst I've ever encountered. Their program is slow, freezes up and they just tell you "oh well" we are doing the best we can IF you ever get a hold of anyone.

      Daysmart software has been a terrible experience. We used the software for years in our pet grooming salons and school, when we chose to go with another software that was much less expensive we downloaded our payroll and customer information per their advice. Now I need the information for tax purposes and cannot access it. We've contacted daysmart numerous times because we now need their access code to get to our information! Daysmart has wasted our time, back and forth communication without results after numerous attempts to get the code from Daysmart (123 pets) Daysmart is telling us the code has expired!

      Horrible customer service. ********************** sent out the survey email to me after they put me on endless hold until I gave up and hung up the phone. They also ignored my email asking for help. I was waiting for their reply with an answer but I received 'Please take a few moments to give us feedback and comments in this quick survey' email instead.

      After downloading and changing my mind on having/using this app, I uninstalled it as many people would. Soon after I received 4 phone calls and voicemails from this company trying to ask me about my account. I blocked the phone number as I wasnt using the app. Shortly after this, I started getting text messages from them constantly. I politely explained that I downloaded the app and changed my mind and no longer need it and for them to have a nice day! That didnt stop them. The messages continued and I kept telling them I wasnt interested in their discounts or app. They even sent a message to look like an automated message to opt out of texts then continued to message me. Then insult me and my business for not wanting to take their offer and use their app. I kept photo proof - the harassment was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.

      Very deceptive, and poor communication skills. I received my first **** for their premium service, which was over $100, and when I went to log in it said that my free trial had expired and I needed to put in a credit card. I called the rep that had set up my account, and asked for a refund since the service wasn't working, she said they don't do refunds. I told her I wanted to cancel my account because my accountant had made an error setting up my stuff, and she refused and said she'd put my account on hold instead in case I changed my mind. She assured me I wouldn't be billed. Fast forward to a month later, and I once again receive a **** for over $100. I've called their support number and asked for a refund (they never said they don't do refunds), and to cancel my account. I keep getting told that billing will contact me, or they'll call me back, all the excuses in the book. I've called 4 times in the last 2 weeks and my husband has called twice as well. I still have no clear answers on a refund, and my account still hasn't been closed. The last time I called the tech I talked to said someone had even marked my ticket as resolved, even though no one had contacted me and no refund had been issued. I had thought about using their service once my accountant had corrected the errors to my business, but after this huge mess and headache I will never consider their services again.
