This company has failed to deliver a product that is already being charged for. They have set and rest delivery dates since July 5, 2023. They set a date of delivery for July 22 and have failed to show again. Do not deal with this company.Backyard Products

Do not purchase a shed from Lowes!!!They use this company for installation and they are absolutely awful to have to deal with!!!! They are fine as long as everything runs smoothly, if there is a problem good luck getting it fixed! Once there was a problem they are rude and the man was even yelling at me!!!! They will not return emails or phone calls. ***** will reach out to them for you and then it goes nowhere! It has been over 6 weeks and I still am trying to get the shed installation fixed. At this point we will jhave to pay someone else to fix the mess they made!!! I do not know why ****** continues to use this awful company!!!! DO NOT USE ****** FOR SHED INSTALLATION!!!!!!!!!!Backyard Products

Very frustrating to work with, they are contractors affiliated with Lowes for their shed installs. They never answer the phone, the installers are subcontracted out and do not care about the job, they didnt finish my install, said theyd be back after the weekend and then no one followed up at all or even came, had to contact Lowes corporate to get them to pressure backyard products because they would not answer calls and instead billed me and sent finalized paperwork as if the job was complete. Took two weeks for them to finish the install. Worst company ever! DO NOT HIRE THEM!Backyard Products

Don't do any business with Backyard Products. My experience was very bad. Sending sub contractor with no experience and running away from shed installation. Left shed roof opened on heavy rain and winds. Addition that knew next day will rain. Email and Called, no one answered. What a joke?No responsibility to the Customers who bought Shed from the Big hardware store. STBackyard Products

Ordered a shed from ******* and installed by Backyard Products in July 2022. The installation was ok, but they failed to refund me for the cost of unused Earth Anchors ($200+tax). I called multiple times and was assured every time that I would get it in 1-2 weeks. It never happened. Then I was told in another call that instead of a check, their central office would process the refund directly to my credit card, which again didn't happen. It has been 9 months and what a shame. Would never want to deal with this company in the future.Backyard Products

Ordered a shed from ********** it was to be installed mid March last year. The company did not call or show up on the scheduled date. Called for hours trying to get through to someone. Finally was able to get through. We rescheduled. They called the day before and canceled saying they don't even have the shed in stock to build it. Rescheduled again for a weekend. Installers were very nice but didn't seem to like the company. After installation the builders said they did not have the drip guards to put on and that they would put in a work order for them to be done but told us not to wait on the company to put them in or contact us about them. I've called and emailed the company and corporate office for the past year and no response back!Backyard Products

We purchased a $6000 shed thru Lowes in August of 2022. After going around and looking at all the other places in town we decided on them. We got a call from backyard products telling us that they couldn't install the shed until Nov 9th. We were very disappointed but there was nothing we could do. So, the day before the 9th i get a call they have to cancel, the shed isn't in stock. They reschedule for 12/9, so we wait till then, the day before they are supposed to come out I get another call they have to reschedule again because it is stuck in ********. They tell me for the trouble they want to offer to paint my shed for my troubles. That was nice of them, but I was very upset for the fact that we had been waiting over 4 months for a shed that we have not received yet. Now they have rescheduled for 12/16, and we get hit with a snowstorm. So of course we have to reschedule for the 4th time. Now it is on for the 19th.. I am very disappointed in this company. They have very poor customer service, and they do not like to follow thru. Please be ware and do not go thru them.Backyard Products

I wish this site had negative stars to leave, can't stress enough how terrible doing business with this company is, look for another option. I purchased a playset from ****** recently and chose a Backyard Product playset because they do install and I don't have time to put a playset together. I was contacted by Backyard Playsets to set an install date about 4 weeks out for 9/12. I took an entire day off from work to be there to make sure it was done right. The install was on a Monday and I received an email on Friday after 4:00 saying the install had been cancelled due to a "truck issue". It was late Friday and no way I could schedule to work on Monday so I lost money. I tried many times to call and nobody ever answers the phones, ever. I was then scheduled for the next Saturday 9/17 to have the install. 9/17 came and nobody showed up! NO email, no phone call!! There my daughter and I sat waiting, I told her it was going to happen. Think anyone answered a phone, nope! Absolutely no way to contact this company, no way to email, only able to leave a message to not get called back. I then got an email 2 days later blaming "supply chain issues ", despite being told when my first install was cancelled, that the playset was there, just needed a truck. Seemed like another lie from a dishonest company. Unbelievably terrible company with terrible customer service. Buyer beware and shame on you ****** for using such a terrible company as a sub-contractor.Backyard Products

1 starThe customer service at ********************** is shockingly bad and this seems to stem from the top and be the case across their locations. First - beware of timing. They highlight fast service and installation, and when I ordered my shed it took nearly 2 months to be installed. With supply chain and demand, I can understand that. The bigger issue was their customer service. After months of waiting and having a scheduled appointment date, I was called the day before installation to be told that they ran into an issue with the installer and it would need to be pushed back a week. This was not a big deal even though there was already a minor inconvenience of them accidentally canceling my order and then needing to re-take my credit card number - also a minor inconvenience. The true issues began with installation. After my installation was moved, I was given no time or communication around when they would arrive. When the shed installer did arrive, he worked diligently, but not in time to complete it that day (even after I was told by the company it would be completed in a day). He said he would come back tomorrow to complete it - he never did. He said he would come back the following day to complete it- he did and then left a few hours in because he said the siding was wrong for the job and that he would need to return to the office to pick it up. He shared he would be back in about an hour and a half to complete the shed. After waiting 4 hours, I called the office and was told that he was on his way and would complete it that day. The installer never arrived. I could write more and let's just leave it as it took 8 days of me changing my schedule to accommodate them, 4 installers because they kept having issues, 9 phone calls initiated by me and 4 emails for the job to get done. I was also told that they had installed the wrong roof on the shed and would need to rebuild it to get the siding on. Avoid this company!
