Ordered a replacement remote transmitter, that failed after 4 years. Incorrect replacement part was sent twice, after repeated detailed discussion and pictures of part. Finally received correct part on third try.Woodland Direct, Inc.

They are very realistic and put of more heat than I imagined. My furnace rarely kicks on and will lower my electric bill as the blower won't be running all the time.Woodland Direct, Inc.

****, was great in helping me determine the best log set for our fireplace! He went the extra mile to figure out what I was dealing with and find a solution! Thanks ****!We are very pleased with the log set we purchased. It arrived quickly, the quality is great, and the instal was a breeze!
