My Salesmen *********************** went above and beyond everytime I asked him to go bother his manager with a haggle on the price. He was happy to help me get the best deal I could get before I drove 400 miles to sign the deal. He got me and his manager on the same page and we made a beautiful deal happen. If I could use no stars I would and I honestly hate that I even have to give this business a one star rating, they don’t even deserve the one star! This by far was the absolute WORST car buying experience I have ever had in my entire life. I showed up to KIA on March 13th looking to buy a dodge Journey on a cash sale. The salesman ( Neko E) was very vague about details of the car, he was answering the phone non stop during the time span of us being there and overall just not professional. Fast forward to a few days after purchasing the vehicle, I called Seelye back asking about my title, they told me that they needed to send it to the DMV because they could not give me a title with the previous owners information on it per their ”policy”, so tell me why the title showed up a day later with the previous owners information right on it!?! Not to mention the title had a lien on it that was UNDISCLOSED by the dealership. I had to then call the dealership back asking for a lien release form, this took almost a week to obtain and the customer service provided during this time was absolute ****. Neko my salesman answered the phone to me while in the shower, talk about gross and unprofessional. It took days of me calling and leaving multiple messages to even hear anything back. I finally got the lien release form and was ready to take my car into my local dmv branch to title and register it just to find out that Seelye had requested another title, the title I should have received in the first place, it took 14 days to title and register my car. Not to mention it is illegal in Michigan to sell a car without a clean title. I have spoken with lawyers and will continue legal help to right the horrible wrong that this business does. 0/10 would never recommend buying a car from Seelye KIA of Battlecreek or from Neko, they do not deserve your business!Seelye Kia Of Battle Creek

It was an oversight on our part as lien releases are not needed in Michigan for title only transactions. We have spoken with all parties involved and have taken the necessary steps to make sure this does not happen in the future.
