      We are not satisfied with the company. We enrolled in April and they do not provide a way to cancel your membership, unless it is paid in full. We felt this would be a great thing for our family. Found out it is not. Kids and us did not like the parks and the staff. The kids and us got very bored at the park. Called said we could not cancel. (After we tried calling for 2 weeks, before we got a voice on the phone) But if we were to upgrade to a more expensive package we could cancel with no problem. This is not right that they require more money to cancel their plan. I have other friends use this company to and would never do it again. We just want to cancel our membership and the fees returned to them. And be done with this company. They didn't even offer a trail period. Just a complimentary stay when you sign up. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

      This company has a very aggressive approach for a sales tactic. You had to sign up right away without even staying one night to try the campgrounds out. They give you a 3 day window to cancel. I contacted our sales rep on day 3 and was told it was to late to cancel. I thought I would give it a try and go to two different campgrounds. The staff were rude and the cabin we rented was dirty. On top of that, I had approx 1 minute to shower before the water turned ice cold. We have no plan to ever return to another Outdoor adventure campground.

      That would be my husband. This needs to be canceled or I will have to get my lawyer involved. This is not just about the horrible experience. Your sales rep refused to help us when we decided it was not for us. The pressure we felt was unbelievably uncomfortable. This needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Weve tried to call to speak with someone , and that is almost impossible. Our account needs to be canceled. Now.

      I have been a member for a couple of months after a very aggressive approach of a sales tactic. We felt extremely pressured at our orientation especially after the sales person pretty much told us this is the only time we could have bought our membership for that price exactly at that time without experiencing a night there. If I was able to experience a night at the campground before starting a membership I would have not signed up for on. I have tried calling and emailing customer support about my concerns with my membership and I have gotten nothing in return. The campgrounds are extremely outdated. The staff is extremely rude. There was s*** in the mens showers for 15 hours before staff came and cleaned it up. People blast extremely provocative music with inappropriate language around common areas even though this is a childrens campground. And staff just stand around not caring. Since no one will like to talk to me about my membership status I am going to continue with my bank and canceling the auto payments set up through my bank. And if you guys have a problem with it you can give me a call like Ive been trying to and we can set up a conference call with our lawyers. Because I can guarantee what you guys are doing is not legal.

Our Billing team also worked closely with you at that time. She can also connect you with our Billing team again if you'd like. Our memberships aren't for everyone, but we have been in business for 27 years and have over ****** members.       Ahh yes I have been calling that number and emaiilg that email address and never hear back. And yes both departments called me and told me I had no way out of the membership. I will be looking forward to a reply to my email.

      Very disappointing, I have been a member for a long time! First when we arrived people kept driving by not allowing others room to park there unit. I literally got out of my RV to stop vehicles and golf carts, including ********** in order to give people space to back in. Putt putt golf clubs handles are so dirty then we watched the person behind us pick their nose. (Discussing and gross) no wonder why there are virus so prevalent these days. The rubber on the clubs kept falling off also. Golf carts and vehicles drove by non stop all day long, I couldnt even ride my bike and feel safe. There is no control! They no longer have garbage pick up supposedly because of Covid. Then why arent dumpsters more accessible? And the items wiped down between people (golf clubs). A little double standard between picking up the garbage and wiping items off. Camping at outdoor adventures has gone to below standards for any camp ground. It is sad to see as I had enjoyed taking my children there and was hoping to to take my grandchildren more but no longer feel it is safe.

      *****, we have nine resorts in ******** so we'd love to get more information about where you experienced this. We initially discontinued trash pickup at all of our resorts due to COVID-19, but it's stayed discontinued because birds and other animals would get into the trash bags left at the side of the road and cause garbage to be spread all over the place. We found the resorts stayed much cleaner once we stopped this service. We aim to provide the best-in-class customer service and experience to our members so we take all feedback seriously.       Previously I stayed at *******. We have stayed at many of the different campgrounds and it appears they are all over crowed, not clean as they could be (for Covid reasons). Unsafe to ride a bike, as there are so many golf carts. If you plan not to pick up the garbage then more dumpsters should be accessible, not just on your way out. Who wants to hold onto garbage that long! If the staff continue to tell people it is for Covid reason it would be important to educate them with updated information.
