    My husband and I wanted to Travel to ****** and we paid 4K and we never received a vacation accommodation from. We wanted to travel to **************** and the could not provide us with travel accommodation as we were informed. We wrote them a letter that we no longer needed their services. They keep calling and writing us for ***** Club dues.

    These members placed request at the end of the Business day on 7/31/13 for a *************** trip to depart 8/12/13 and were quoted prices on 8/2/13. These members first response to the quote was 8/5/13 then with some additions/changes to their request the agent responded that same day with quote but pricing had gone up from 8/2/13 quoting so on 8/6/13 these members changed their request again and quoted 8/7/13 on their changes but on 8/8/13 the members had been looking at completely different accommodations on their own search comparing prices for travel 8/12/13 now just four days later. You must do an apples to apples comparison when pricing travel as anyone can always find something different for less and it would be unfair to compare. These members defeated the very reason they purchased the membership (having an agent do all the work). We never received a request to cancel by phone, email, or a letter. These members failed themselves the club did not! They simply need to contact our office to either bring their membership account up to date and use the services as thy are to work or reach a fair settlement agreement to close.
