      In August of 2022 my husband and I were looking into ******** Internet for our home internet provider. They were not in our area at the time and we were told for $50 a month we could get a hot spot, which would work for internet and T.V. service. We dealt with ***************************** {****}, the manager of the store # ***E. My husband went back into the store after the hot spot only gave us 2 days of T.V. and complained. A.J. gave him a new hot spot. which of course didn't work any better for what we needed. Not understanding then that the hot spot is not meant to be used as an internet provider for T.V. it was switched out one more time. By the time we went to return it, we were told it was a promotion, and if we cancel the service, we will be charged $14 a month until the hot spot is paid for in full. A.J. told my husband and I that he would refund my account $14 every month for that charge. So far, I have been only refunded for 2 months. I have been in the store at least 6 times in 2 months asking about the refund. Each time I was lied to and told that he would refund my account in the morning never happening. As of tomorrow, I will have paid $56 towards that hot spot that I was promised would be refunded to my account monthly. What I am looking for is this charge to be gone and credit me the $56 paid so far. I'm seriously looking into taking my phone service elsewhere. As the ** of sales and operations stated "Customers have a lot of choices on how and when to buy. If we don't give them a great experience, someone else will."
