      On September 17th, I visited a T-Mobile store operated by this company to upgrade my grandson's phone. The store number is, 3US1, located *************************************. I'm not complaining about the upgrades they sold me promising that my bill wasn't going to rise. I'm writing this complaint because we were in the store for over an hour and a half. While we were there, the toilet over flowed. Because of the inconvenience, the manager of the store GAVE, at no charge, a case and screen cover for his new phone. Only to find out that I was charged for both and a charger.When I went back to talk to him, he was not there, but the salesperson was. She called him and he promised to remove the charges and give me a $50 credit. As of today, I have not received the credit, nor have the charges been removed.I wrote an email to Wireless Vision explaining my issue. I have not heard from them either. If this is how they do business, I wouldn't recommend anyone use this business.****** *******

      They have a store in ************ **, a ******** store. They refuse to sell a phone without buying an accessory with it. I was told by the manager in charge, if I do not buy an accessory, she would not sell me the phone, very unprofessional. This is bate and switch. This is also hidden fees not disclosed upfront.
