      My experience with Gago Fertility Center in ************, has been nothing short of a nightmare. We went through several rounds of *** and transfers, and unfortunately, all of them ended in failure. But what made this already difficult journey even worse was the deceptive billing practices and the total lack of accountability from the staff.During the *** process, we were explicitly told that a certain lab test would be 100% covered by insurance, or at most would cost $275 if we needed to pay out-of-pocket. Fast forward a couple of months, and we receive a surprise bill of $892a far cry from what we were originally told.Naturally, we called the Gago Fertility Center to dispute the bill and get some answers, and their response was nothing short of appalling. They literally told us it wasnt their problem and that they didnt care about the billing issue at all. This kind of treatment is beyond unprofessional and completely unacceptable.This experience has had a devastating impact on our family, especially considering we also had to go through the emotional toll of miscarriages during the *** process. Not only have we lost valuable time, but weve also been misled about costs and left with financial stress on top of everything else.

      This medical business should likely be considered for malpractice. We were not treated with medication appropriately due to internal miscommunication. We were sent diagnoses which we're not sure are correct and which the clinic refuses to explain their findings to us, because we are now seeking help at another clinic. The two things we would like help with from the better business bureau is to demand that *********** provide us with an appointment where we can have an explanation of their findings from a doctor at their clinic. We've been with them for 4 months and we've never been seen by a single doctor. Their receptionist or nurses are not a stand-in for speaking with a doctor about how they came to their findings.To provide context, their conduct at every level is atrocious. Numerous times the clinic provided incorrect information which was later disputed by another member of their own medical team - NUMEROUS. TIMES. Both misspelling my wife's name, then having me in the system with an incorrect letter in my last name (her last name was spelled correctly and we, of course, have the same last name) so we did not receive any of the email information that we needed. When we called to ask about the email information we were told it would be sent later, but the following week were informed that the information was on page 26 of a previous correspondence.Their inability to function on all levels leaves us completely insecure that they will send our medical information on to the new clinic. Irregardless, it will be months until we're seen at the new clinic and until then they still refuse to provide an appointment with a doctor who will explain the diagnoses that they sent to my wife and I. As such, we are formality requesting a delivery of promised services (appointment with and explanation from a doctor). Thank you for your help,****
