  On October 11th, 2022, I had an appointment with ***************** at 4:00. It was my first time seeing her and it was supposed to be a next step appointment for an ***. The receptionist told me that since they already have my records and testing previously, I would not have to do any more testing. I went into the appointment thinking we were going to talk about scheduling the *** and what it looks like. I was disappointed in finding out we have to do more testing. I had a tough time before with the **** due to it being painful. I started crying in the office because I was sad about not being able to do the *** as quickly as I thought. ****************** said ** trying to explain but youre sitting here crying. I explained to her that I had a therapy appointment about my infertility 30 minutes prior to this appointment so I was sensitive about the subject. My husband told her that we feel like its another roadblock and weve been trying for almost 5 years.After a few minutes of her explaining that we have to do more testing, she said I dont appreciate the eye roll. I had to ask her what she had said because I was taken aback. I asked her when I rolled my eyes and she said I saw an eye flicker there. I didnt once roll my eyes at her. We were all wearing masks and you couldnt see my expression. I felt attacked and I felt completely invalidated. I felt like it was completely out of line and unprofessional behavior. We got up and walked out. I went to my car and had a panic attack due to the invalidation I received from her. After about 5 minutes, my husband tried to go back in to ask for records and they were already closed.In a career where you help people start their families, the doctors need to have better bedside manner. Infertility is the HARDEST thing I have ever dealt with in my life. I have called them to speak to a supervisor and nobody will call me back.

  While trying to remain in a sense of ***** for the fact they were trying to perform a medical miracle on us, I have to report a terrible experience at this place.The care was cold and impersonal, including from our doctor whom was changed on us without notification and we did not meet until we tried to report these issues - followed by her not acknowledging any concerns we had, becoming condescending, and violating our privacy by having a telehealth call without any privacy in the middle of a hallway across from patient care rooms.The entirety of the staff was unprofessional with the exception of the two wonderful women (receptionist and sonographer) at the *************** Whenever we approached them for care or billing issues, we were treated more like an obstacle to them playing on their phones than someone with concerns or needs. The nurses never used my name or looked me in the eye any time I went for services. There was a point while I was giving a s**** sample in a room when a group of nurses were 5 feet away from the door where I was saying negative things and gossiping about other patients in the office. The front desk at the *************** was just downright rude at every crossing.None of the procedures, medications, or science behind our care was ever explained to us, we were only given instructions on where to be and when - no explanation of why or what we were doing or why we would be doing it.
