    Been working with them to make a custom name sign for my family. Never showed me pictures of what it would look like but keep hounding me for payment/ invoice sent multiple times. I asked for a picture and said i would send payment later tonight and was sent 'oops its already ready to ship and pay when you get it' I felt like i had to pay it then so I did and wanted the tracking info....eventhough i live 5 minutes down the road. Never got a response after payment. Tried through FB, Instagram, Phone Calls, Emails, you name it. They ghosted me! Still no decor or communication. Went to my bank to get my money back. So sad when I trusted them after 2 other past purchases. SCAM NOW!!!!!!

    DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! For almost a month I've been fighting with them just to install the pieces I purchased. Come to find out the installation comes with stipulations. I bought two large 5 foot by 5 foot pieces and paid for delivery and installation explaining the vaulted (19 foot-ish) walls where I was wanting them hung. I was told installation wasn't possible when they showed up, for "safety" reasons, and can be refunded. I'm not sure where they expected such large pieces of art to be hung. it wasn't until I threatened litigation did they finally schedule me but then neglected to even show up!!!! Please save yourself the trouble these people are deceptive conartist!
