They were very kind from coming to see what needed to be done to replacing the garage door. They take their time explaining what is going on and giving tips to maintain the garage door. They have replaced a spring and our motor in previous years. I have always been more than happy with the service. ********* and ******* along with one other were fantastic!Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

Ordered two doors..top of the line. After 8 weeks my husband took a day off to be here while they were installed. They ripped the old ones off and found that the doors were the wrong size and the wrong windows. They left one old one on and one of the new ones that was dented. Above that door is a gaping hole about 9". They promised to fill that opening but never returned. ***** was supposed to contact us and never returns out calls. I'm thoroughly disgusted with their service. Time to procure a lawyerPrecision Garage Door of West Michigan

We were very happy to get such prompt service. Tristan was able to arrive earlier ( he called to make sure we were OK with the early arrival) he was very professional and I was surprised at how fast he completed the service.
