Precision Garage Door scheduled a technician to check our garage door problem the same day we called. The technician, ****** ******, arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. ****** had the parts on hand, we approved the work, and he replaced the Genie garage door unit. It runs very quiet. We highly recommend ****** and Precision Garage Door of West Michigan.

Ben was an amazing technician. We never thought we'd get really nice doors installed perfectly in our old (and slightly crooked) garage. It feels like an amazing update to go from 80 year old doors to the latest technology.
