Put the car in the garage and heard a loud CLUNK! Garage door wouldn’t open. Immediately called Precision Garage Door of West Michigan- they had a technician to my house in under an hour. Mike M, the technician, explained what had happened; told me the choices that I had in repairing it; had the necessary parts in the truck; and did the repair work immediately. Start to finish-less than two hours. Great company-great technicians-great service.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan

I called this morning due to our garage door would not close unless we held the button down until the door was shut. The problem started 3 days ago. I called Precision this morning and they set up the repair for this afternoon between 2- 4pm with Nicholas, the repair technition. He arrived promptly at 2pm and was finished by 3 pm. He figured out that over the weekend with the thunderstorms that came through a lightning strike blew out the magic eye in the safety device on the door. He replaced it and checked all the remotes to make sure they worked and was done by 3pm. He was very informative, explained what he had done, and was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for their garage door openers and doors. They installed our doors in 2001 and we have not had an issue with them at all until this past weekend.Precision Garage Door of West Michigan
