    I bought a TroTec 360 Flexx from TroTec, hoping that it would work properly, or if it failed that I would be able to get some proper support to get it fixed, or someone to work on it if TroTec couldn't figure out.I've been down for almost two months with a problem that TroTec can't figure out.After troubleshooting my machine, doing the SAME THING a number of times, TroTec sent me a part, which I don't know if it is the right or wrong part because the guy who was helping me, who couldn't drive to where I am, but could go back to *******, entirely forgot about me, closed my case and then I had to contact TroTec again.The new tech is entirely arrogant and condescending, and wants me to do the same troubleshooting I've already done, instead of trying to figure out if the new part is even the right part and trying to help me put it in.Eve so, TroTec doesn't know what's wrong with my machine and they won't send someone at their expense to come fix it, despite the fact that I spent tens of thousands of dollars on this machine and it's barely over two years old.Essentially, I'm sitting on a $60k paperweight. I feel ripped off and as if TroTec thinks their customers are a burden, unless they are willing to fork over thousands to get a new machine fixed.
