5 starsThe guy who came to do the roof inspection and explain your system was great. Of the 3 companies that we had quote, he did the most thorough inspection and your team had the best follow up on questions and scheduling. The crew was very efficient. They stayed **** hours to get it complete because they told me there was rain in the forecast over night. Great company to work with!Review fromSteve S

5 starsVictors Home Solutions did amazing work replacing our roof. Even when they ran into more repairs than were expected, they still kept their promise of being done in one day. They were great about clean-up and our yard looked like they had never been here....and our roof looks wonderful! 5 starsToday, June 20th, contacted several roofing companies to get estimates. Victors Home Solutions was the only one to get back to ** today. They sent ************************* who arrived on time and after discussing things with my husband, went right to work inspecting the attic and roof. He then came in and showed ** a video of our roof highlighting the areas of question. He discussed options and what to expect during the whole project. Even though we are just at the beginning of getting estimates, we were very impressed with his professional and personable presentation. Thank you.Review fromElaine L

5 starsI couldnt be more pleased with the experience I had with Victors Home Solutions. My roof looks amazing and the team that did all the work were absolutely wonderful and very thorough from start to finish. Yes, the price was a bit more than I had planned but I got what I paid for and peace of mind goes a long ways. I give this company a 5 star rating because thats as high as the stars go. 5 stars******'s did a great job. Had a new roof installed in one day and in less than one week after deciding to go with ******'s. As I learned through the quoting process and from doing research, their prices are indeed than the other quotes you will receive, but so is their quality and attention to detail. The cleanup after the job was very good, compared to when both of my adjoining neighbors had their roofs replaced.Review fromSandra W

1 starThe absolute WORST experience in my entire history of home ownership. Astronomically expensive ($28,000+ that did not include all materials with no service after the sale. The used my electricity, trampled my flower beds, failed to clean up (I am still picking up tar paper from my yard along with the metal chimney cap and assorted aluminum). The guarantees made during the commercial were nonexistent and the salesperson pretty much lied about everything! I deeply regret ever utilizing this company and urge others to think twice, no three time, before contracting with them. I worked with *****,he explained every detail of how the job was done. Within 5 days my roof was done,the crew cleaned up,no mess left. They were able to provide before and after pictures which was helpful. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Victors has perfect customer service! They contacted us and kept us updated every step of the way! Everyone we encountered was polite, personable and professional. Our roof looks fantastic and they completed the replacement in 1 day. If we could give a higher rating we would.Victors Home Solutions
