1 starThey quoted me $26,000 when the other quotes I got were $16,000 - $18,000. The sales guy was very pushy and wanted me to sign on the spot. Major rip off artist.Review fromRandy H

5 starsI am sure we have all seen the ads on TV with ****** and ********** and have the read the recommendations of the Inside Outside Guys. I had a new roof installed last week and I was totally amazed on the quality of the response I received and the professionalism of everyone involved in the process from the Salesman (*******), ***** the Project Manager, the office staff who scheduled everything to the installation staff and to ***** who picked up the dumpster. What a great experience. ******* was on time, respectful on my concerns, and provided a great and complete estimate including all insurance and warranty information. Their office staff were polite and courteous when contacting me with delivery schedules for the dumpster, roofing materials, and installation. ***** came out with the installation team and explained everything to me as they were beginning work. As the work was progressing I had a few questions which I contacted ***** via his cell phone. He responded quickly and all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. The installation crew was beyond excellent and they did a unbelievable job. After they were done the yard clean up it looked like they were not even here. We are very pleased with our experience with ******'s and would highly recommend them to everyone. From the first call we made to the final inspection of our new roof, everyone we had contact with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, caring and qualified. Overall, great team to work with!!

5 starsEverything about the experience with Victors was easy. They came out and they said they would. They were very personable and knowledgeable. And they listen to what we wanted and work within what we thought was best. They gave us ideas and suggestions yet never pushed us to do some thing we didnt want to do. The young man who came out to do the job was here on time. Again, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. After he got all through, we asked him questions about the roof and he was perfectly honest with us. Told us the roof is in great shape gave us some suggestions and said it would be a number of years before we would need that and just a very nice young man. Weve been very happy with the work and the company. At the end a couple weeks after we received a very nice, thank you note with a token of appreciation. That kind of thank you has gone out of style with some companies. Its something I wont forget. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to have Victors do the work.Review fromSusan B

5 starsI highly recommend Victors. I had water leaking through the ceiling in my foyer. Family members tried to fix what they thought was causing the problem to no avail. It was very disheartening every time it rained. We decided we needed a professional to come out. Victors was the first of 3 companies to give the earliest availability. ***** came out to evaluate the problem and give an estimate. He was professional and personable. He took time explaining the issue and we were pleasantly surprised when we found out that our roof was in good condition and didnt need to replaced in its entirety. Since neither my husband or myself are knowledgeable in this area, we were at the mercy of the experts. I could see that ***** reported only what needed a repair and nothing more, that this was an honest, reputable company. We didnt have anyone else out to give an estimate and scheduled with Victors. The young man that came out to do the repair worked very hard all day on the project. I waited several weeks before leaving the review so I could check out the effectiveness of the repair. No leaking from the ceiling! The company has reached out several times since the repair to make sure we were happy with the service. I will definitely call them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.Review fromrobin b

5 starswe had Victors come out for new roof and new gutters with gutter guards.it was so freezing outside but they came anyway.. had my roof done in hours..loved the service.we loved that they had a live video as they inspected our roof before we purchased.seeing our issues, sealed the deal for us.very professional team.they called me along the way, took pics to share the progress.
