5 starsWhen Victors Home Solutions came out to our house to look at the leak in the ceiling, I was immediately impressed with *******. ******* spent around an hour and a half crawling and walking around inside and outside of the roof. When he came back inside, he showed us pictures and videos and throughly explained the problem and why we had leaking. ******* made sure our issue was given top priority and in a few days the our job was schedule.Roofers were respectful of the area around the house and were neat in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Victors Home Solutions to anyone who needs repairs or a new roof. Great company with professional and extremely courteous staff. 5 starsVery pleased with the entire process from start to finish, wouldn't hesitate to use ******'s again or recommend to others! Every person I talked to was polite, professional and competent. The crew worked steady through the day, completing the entire job the same day. Also, they did a great job with cleanup. Hello Victors,Your company installed our new roof on November 29, 2022. I had heard good reviews of your company on both WMUZ and WJR. Your entire team starting with ****, the salesman, ******** my concierge, plus ******, ****** and *** were all very knowledgable, professional and helpful.The roofing crew which worked on our home lived up to my high expectations. They did an excellent job from preparation through installation and on to the final cleanup. I was very impressed by their friendly attitude as a unified team and consistent hard work all day long.Our new gutters were installed on December 1, 2022. However, I think this crew was subcontracted since I did not see Victors name on the truck or any of their outerwear. Our new gutters look great and I think they're installed well. My only complaint is the gutter cleanup portion.As they were leaving I asked about what I thought was pieces of tar on the lawn. They told me it wasn't tar, but instead ice from my old gutters. After a couple of days the ice still hadn't melted, so I used a garden hose to spray what was actually sediment from the old gutters, into the lawn. As I did that, I found several screws from our old gutters.I also found several white screws which are used to connect the gutters and their top covers, and even one hammer was left behind.I'm happy with our new roof and gutters, but disappointed with the gutter cleanup.

******'s did a great job repairing *******. I called them after I noticed a leak. They came and did a free consultation and estimate with an excellent service representative. ****** was very professional and friendly. He explained what was going on with ******* and told me my options. He was very honest and said ******'s prided themselves on their integrity. It has rained several times now and the leak is no longer leaking!Victors Home Solutions

5 starsI've heard horror stories about high-pressure slimy sales tactics from power, **** Hansons, Rapid, & other home improvement companies which is why I called Victors Roofing (now going to Victors Home Solutions he said). And I am SO glad I did! There was an actiual inspection & showed me video & pictures of my roof and attic, gave me his recommendation and options on next steps. I felt respected and educated throughout the whole process, no pressure. I decided to sign on the spot which I NEVER DO! Best. Decision. Ever. Constant communication, respect for my property, new roof done in one day and not a SINGLE nail or piece of trash left behind. Entire process from first call to completion was under TWO WEEKS. This company is amazing and should be the standard for the entire home improvement industry. I'm having them back out to quote my bath remodel next week! My advice: Do what I did and don't waste your time with the others. Read the ****** and BBB reviews. They tell the real story, and that's why I've added mine to the pile here.Review fromJae G

5 starsI had previously written a review, but the BBB website deleted it somehow, so I will try to capture my earlier thoughts.Our old roof consisted of five colors of shingles between the garage and house, including two repairs. ****** went WAY beyond our expectations in evaluating the condition of our roof, including crawling into a very small skuttle into the attic area and dealing with numerous Yellow Jackets/wasp nests. He identified other moisture issues we would not have been aware of and provided an honest opinion of the conditions along with several options. Though my wife and I had not given much thought to replacing the roof at this time, given the issues, we were convinced that we would either pay now or pay later when it came time to sell the house. ******'s crew arrived just prior to 8:00 a.m. and completed the project by 3:00 p.m., including completing a very thorough cleanup of the area. From ****** providing the estimate and condition evaluation to the 50 year, no-leak guarantee, ******'s provides the comfort in knowing there is one less thing to be concerned with. I highly recommend ******'s. This will eventually be a selling point when it comes time to sell this house. In the meantime, my wife and I will live in the house knowing the job was done correctly, unlike one of the previous repairs.Review fromPatricia F

5 starsWe HAD a messed up roof. *** came to give us an estimate and explained everything and showed us the materials they use. We had insulation blown in, baffles added, vents added and the roof replaced. The crew was polite, very hard working, clean up great. Not one loose nail! I wont hesitate to use them again. You get what you pay for, and Victors stands behind its work. Well done.
