    Hello, I am very sorry, something clearly must have went wrong in the warehouse.  Since this is an **** transaction, a return needs to be set up through ****.  Once the item is return, a full refund will be processed.  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    I ordered a log splitter and they're customer service is very bad. Look at all the other reviews. I was dealing with the owner ******************* until he decided to ghost me. He told me to file a dispute with my credit card company and that he would not be helping me with the defective product he sold me. He charges full price for defective products. He was asking me to resend info that he and his staff already had. His staff is very dishonest along with him. He should not be allowed to do business. He sells defective products with no warranty and then claims to try to help which is all a stall tactic.

    I purchased a log splitter from this company. The log splitter arrived with holes for use that were not fully drilled out. The problem is that it took me until assembling the 95% of the unit to figure this out. I immediately contacted the seller. They said there's nothing they could do for me because they didn't have any more of this unit. I tried to contact the manufacturer and they wouldn't help because they said this seller was an unauthorized seller and they couldn't help at all.I contacted the seller and they refused to help at all. They told me to go through ***** I did and the seller sent me a **** return label. **** only allows items up to 70 pounds and this item is 146 pounds. I escalated to **** and told them about this. After **** forced the seller to provide another label. I told the seller that I needed a bigger box sent because the unit was 95% assembled and it wouldn't fit in the box. They told me to go away. Now the seller has already voided the return label.
