    I purchased a log splitter from this company. The CEO name is who I was dealing with. After I found his email online because his staff ignored my messages and phone calls, the CEO acted like he would help me. I initially emailed him on June 3rd 2024. It's been nearly 2 months now and I haven't received a resolution from the CEO or anyone at his company. He has continued to ignore my emails over the last few months. He's selling items that are brand new and advertised as working with no issues. However, the log splitter he sold me had a defect and is unusable. I messaged his staff about this in March after I got the item. His staff played games and were very unprofessional. When I first emailed the CEO he acted like he was professional, though things started to turn unprofessional when he asked me for pictures of the damage to the log splitter that I had already provided to his staff months prior. I told him that his staff already had the pictures and he ignored my emails ever since. on June 24th, 2024, he told me to deal with his legal counsel. I responded to him asking who his legal counsel is and he never replied back. I have emailed him nearly a dozen times in the past month with no response from him or his company as of the time of writing this complaint. I tried to contact the manufacturer for help and they told me they can't help because 8ten industries and his company are not authorized resellers of the manufacturer. His legal counsel is offering me a refund which very restrictive terms, including about posting reviews about my transaction. For that reason I post this review here for others to see. There executives will reach hard to try to ignore you once they think that they can as they did in my case. Besides the CEO, there are many other executives at this company who are unprofessional and highly unethtical

    I ordered a product from 8TEN for my Acura. It did not work and I have attempted to contact them for instructions on returning the product. No one answers their phone and I have left several messages on their voicemail. I am extremely disappointed.

    I ordered a I A C for my mustang! Its not the correct one prior to installing I looked and inside different then old one. Hope I get credit *****************

    This business does not deserve one further cent of revenue. In May of this year I placed an order for a new Coway air purified; The listing indicated that the merchandise was new. The package arrived in a ********** box with 'RMA' written across the top, indicated that this was "return merchandise authorization" better known as returned merchandise to **********. Inside the package was the original manufacturer packaging for the air purifier, and inside that box was a ceramic goose. I indicated to the seller that I wanted a refund, and did not think that it was worth my time to correct this seller's laziness and mistake; I refused the shipping return label and pursued a refund. This seller has not and will not do the right thing and simply refund the purchase price. I never received the merchandise I ordered from them. I hope that in the future this seller is negative-reviewed out of business.

    Will not refund my money on a lost package....... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE..... bad Amazon reviews, bad **** reviews, ****** reviews say selling stolen merchandise
