I ordered products from them I have tried contacting them by phone and e mail but they do not respond. I placed an order on November 8th and was charged $347.45. The company sent me a invoice number on the 8th and said Awaiting fulfillment on Order #******** . Currently my order shows not shipped and still waiting fulfillment. Web site states "two week lead time" but not response or replies to emails. Placed an order through the online website for the company. Paid instantly and Funds were transferred. Received an order confirmation promptly and orders are set to be zeroed weekly. I placed the order on August 27th and still have yet to received any information at all for shipping. I have called multiple times with messages left, emailed multiple times, messaged their social media pages with no response. I feel I have been scammed. I made an order through them to their **** store. It was a sale on a pair of plates for a really good deal. I placed the order and money was taken out and then nothing happened. I msgd them MULTIPLE times through email, phone AND **** and oi got ONE email DAYS after the last estimated delivery date saying "I will get this out to you tomorrow....a week and a half later **** refunded me my money and i lost out on a good deal. This is ********* There is no reason for this disgraceful level of customer service and i personally would like my plates to be delivered to me. If this business had any concern for the customer they would either make the necessary changes to accommodate customers or STOP PROVIDING SERVICES YOU DONT INTEND TO COME THROUGH ON. They took $360 and will not answer the phone, respond to emails (to info@ or a reply to the initial email received confirming my order), they will not respond via their internal messaging system either their website states no lead time right at the top of the page. I see now there are 10+ negative reviews on **** and more here than I have time to read. How do we get this place shut down so they can no longer steal peoples money?Business Response

After receiving this email and correspondence from an old tenant of ours, we promptly refunded the purchasers order and cancelled it as well. Item was originally purchased sometime monday 28November2022 approximately 7 days ago.

oct.31 2021 , placed an order with the company on nov. 1 showed the shipping label was created and waiting on pick . here it is nov. 8 and it still shows waiting on pick up from ***** *** emailed them and called them no one will reply. i feel they stole ****** from me . as soon as i hit order button my bank notified me that the money was taken out of my account . i would like to recieve my order or refund my money .
