    Seller uses false and misleading advertisements to sell parts on ****, I purchased a part for my mower that clearly stated it was supposed to fit. When I got it and tried to install it the seller accused me of being ignorant and not knowing what I was doing. The manufacturer of the mower backed me up and told me it was the wrong part as well. Seller refuses to refund my money and is acting in a very shady, dishonest way. They closed me return on **** and now I'm having to file a dispute with the credit card company.

    There has been no communication in regards to the customer's purchase with us on **** for the Rear Bagger Attachment. The only communication from this customer was through **** messaging on September 11th requesting a status update on shipping. We have reached out to the customer in regards to this via **** messaging and are awaiting the customer's response.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and found that they are correct, I buy a lot of parts and I accidentally filed a complaint against the wrong business. This was actually a positive transaction dealing with Fix My Toys, apologies for the confusion

    I ordered a windshield for my snowmobile that their website said would fit. It did not. I paid to send the windshield back to them and according to *** tracking it was recieved on 11/30. I paid via pay pal and have not recieved a refund yet. According to Fix My Toys a refund was issued on 11/30. Now PayPal and fmt are pitting one against the other. So I am out $143.99 for the *************** $17.30 for the shipping.
