    Ordered a replacement wheel for my riding mower on 5/10. The site said this was in stock, and they advertise same-day shipping. 2 weeks later, I have called multiple times over several days, and each time I get vague answers from customer service that don't provide any details. "It'll ship no later than Wednesday" (It did not ship on Wednesday) "We'll have an update soon, no later than the end of the day." (By the end of the day, nothing) Meanwhile my lawn is out of control because I can't mow it until I get my mower fixed. Save yourself the time and stress and order directly from the manufacturer if you can!

    Purchased replacement wiring for lawn mower ignition and was sent an air filter for a completely different mower. Seems this is a common problem with this company.

    I purchased a log splitter from this company. The *** name is *******************. After I found his email online because his staff ignored my messages and phone calls, ***** acted like he would help me. I initially emailed him on June 3rd 2024. It's been nearly 2 months now and I haven't received a resolution from ***** or anyone at his company. He has continued to ignore my emails over the last few months. He's selling items that are brand new and advertised as working with no issues. However, the log splitter he sold me had a defect and is unusable. I messaged his staff about this in March after I got the item. His staff played games and were very unprofessional. When I first emailed *****, he acted like he was professional, though things started to turn unprofessional when he asked me for pictures of the damage to the log splitter that I had already provided to his staff months prior. I told him that his staff already had the pictures and he ignored my emails ever since. on June 24th, 2024, he told me to deal with his legal counsel. I responded to him asking who his legal counsel is and he never replied back. I have emailed him nearly a dozen times in the past month with no response from him or his company as of the time of writing this complaint. I tried to contact the manufacturer for help and they told me they can't help because ******************* and his company are not authorized resellers of the manufacturer. Therefore, I'm screwed because ******************* refuses to help me and take accountability for defective products his company sold me

    Ordered a part 8/23/23 and never got shipped. They said it was lost at the post office. They asked if I still needed it 8/30/23 and I said yes. Now 2 days have passed and still no tracking number for the new one. Very frustrating

    ordered a wear bar for my plow. The hole pattern was wrong. I returned it but received a refund of the amount of tax. They kept the rest. Poor business practices!

    Sent wrong mower deck guaranteed to be OEM replacement but wasnt even close to fitting. Wanted to send it back but they wanted me to pay for shipping!! And its their mistake. And the shipping cost is 310 dollars. Please spread the word about these crooks!
