      I reached out to Temo **** to possibly install a Temo Sunroom. Temo **** connects me to a contractor. However, the contractor's chosen installer did a terrible job, which led to the building inspector refusing to sign off on it. I had to spend thousands of dollars to rectify the installation due to the installer's poor job. It needed immediate attention due to safety concerns.Even though Temo **** communicated with us in a friendly manner, they mentioned that the contractor's installer is not their employee, so they cannot take responsibility for the poor installation. Temo **** also noted that the same installer had previously done great work on six of their projects. Unfortunately, the installer's work on my project was subpar.

      Temo. *** is a patio product manufacturer and we sold materials to ************************* of LA Sunrooms in ********

      Mr. & Mrs. contracted with LA Sunrooms to build a sunroom. There was an issue with the door jamb and Temo shipped out a new door jamb to LA Sunrooms today to make the necessary repairs. 

      All other punch list items that need to be addressed would fall on LA Sunrooms who did the actual installation.  It is my understanding that **** sent ***************** a punch list of items that his contractor **** will complete.  Ms. *******' complaint against Temo is not justified due to LA installation doing the installation.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

      The punch list Temo **** referred to was on 6/7/2024, and the 'door jam' was shipped out more than a month later. If ************************* fails to fulfill his obligations, what happens to materials? I haven't heard from ************************* since 6/29/2024. ************************* promised that everything would be done by today.    LA Sunroom was referred by Temo ****

      Temo sent the door jamb via Fed Ex to ********** on Friday and it was delivered today at 1p and signed by ************** at ***********it is our understanding that **** is taking materials there on Wednesday and has a company meeting him on Friday to hopefully wrap up the punchlist.
