Company has taken so many steps to think of everything that could go wrong, and made a failsafe for that possibility. In the years I have had experience with Temo, they have always taken care of any issues if they do arise. This is how a company should be.

My sister had a temo sunroom put on the back of my home in 2014. We have attempted to contact them because the roof leaks in the winter. They have not helped us at all. The door has never fit properly. I have contacted local people and no one will look at it due to the fact of who installed it. Would never recommend these rooms.Temo, Inc.

Hi *****, Based on the zip code you listed, you/your sister are located in ********. Temo is the manufacturer, and we are located in ********. You will need to contact the ******** contractor you signed your agreement to set up a service call to assess and repair the leak. Note: This repair cost would be your responsibility. If the dealer is out of business, you can contact a local contractor for the repairs. Further, I checked our phone log from the past several weeks and do not show receiving a call from you. If you would like to call me with your sisters name, I will verify that she does have TEMO Sunroom and see if we have a dealer in your area. My number is ************,
