    Please do not use this organization. I called for a 10 day payoff to trade in my car. They said it takes "48 hours to process." You can't even get a balance by phone over the weekend. I don't think they have computers. Perhaps they have loans on index cards. When you view your account online it doesn't have this information. They can't be real.

    Thank you for being an auto loan customer. We understand that you called and were provided a verbal payoff on a Friday and subsequently needed a written payment on a Saturday. Typically, a written payoff is generated within 24 hours of request. The 48 hour was communicated incorrectly, and we apologize for that. Our understanding is that the payoff has been provided. If you need additional assistance, please ask for the Head of Lending and we will contact you back immediately.

    Beware Auto Club Trust (bka AAA) are not legit. This review is in addition to my first review. After about a month of being with this bank my account was suddenly closed. There was no warning whatsoever. I reached out to try and find out why was my account closed without proper notification and I was told via email that they would look into it well that was well over 60 days ago and to this day I still have not received a response. I recommend banking elsewhere, this is not a good bank at all. Thankfully there wasnt any additional funds in the account at the time. This bank is both poor and unprofessional in their communication, so not trust this bank.

    This review is regarding Auto Club Trust, FSB (AAA Banking). Opening a bank account with AAA Banking has been one of the worst banking experiences Ive ever had. I am not sure what made AAA go into the banking business but in all honesty they need to still with auto, cruise, travel services.Their banking is like the Stone Age, and its almost as if it is a ghost bank. This bank is not modernized at all. I opened my account at the tail end of July. It took them 3 days to post my opening deposit. Then it took almost two weeks before I even got my debit card so during the waiting I could not deposit or withdraw. The card was sent via *** air so that should tell you something. There is no information on the website that provides you with the timeline for receiving the debit card. I had to reach out twice about the card.So finally received the card only to learn that there was no where in my city or surrounding cities in which I can make deposits only withdrawals. So now the only way I can make a deposit is either through direct deposit (certainly dont trust that with this bank) or a mobile check.So made a deposit with a mobile check that was rejected twice. The first reason I admit I over looked the requirement of notating the financial institution, the 2nd time was because I didnt record my account number which is not even required with most banks since Im depositing the check right into my account. All communication done with this bank was via email. They have no Zelle, so you will be waiting for at least 3 days for any external transfers to post. Website is aged, not really any helpful info on it whatsoever. Even when I deposited the $15.00 check it never showed it was pending or anything it was like I hadnt completed the mobile deposit. Theyre so **** outdated its ridiculous. I am in the process of closing my account. Open an account at your own risk. If youre looking for a bank with nothing going on, then this is it. No fees is the only plus.
