Bought a 3025 Chevy Equinox it broke down at 3,500 miles I my way home from my grandfathers funeral, and AGAIN at 17,??? Right after we got back from vacation. So I obviously can’t travel with this car even though it was BRAND new when I bought it. Went to go trade it in and because it was SERVICED on the same thing (air intake FAILURE) it lost 10k in value. NEVER AGIN EILL WE OEN A CHEVY, unless they make this right! Take bake your LEMON

I will NEVER purchase another GM vehicle! I had purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra with the 6.2L V8 L87 engine, and within the first ten months, I had three catastrophic engine failures that never the placement of a new engine. GM offered me $1K for my troubles, and eventually after quite a bit of pushing, they elected to swap my vehicle with a new vehicle, same model. Now, I am beyond the allotted warranty, and I had another catastrophic engine failure that will costs me $13,800 for a new engine. Why sale these vehicles if the product will not last? Why not inform the customers that the vehicle will not last? What happened to being proud of the American product you make and sale to consumers? Research shows that over 877K engine failures on models between 2019 and 2024, and GM is still selling models with this same model. Where are GMs moral ethics? Cannot even image what their mission statement actually says or should I say, should state!!!

General Motors truly doesn't stand by their products or customers, and likes to define their own terms after the fact to justify not having to reimburse customers.... but they don't inform you about it until after the time frame (which is subject to change on their choosing) WHAT A BUNCH OF GARBAGE 100K on a truck but go f yourself if it breaks down... they keep it for over a month while youre stranded on a trip and string you along spoon feeding you scripted bs and end up forcing you to spend thousands out of your own pocket.

I had a 23 GMC ****** 1500 back when I first purchased the truck ** thought it wise to start selling unfinished trucks early 23 At the ****** dollar level but if you paid ****** you got a whole truck. I had to fight with ** and got the sense they dont really care about the consumer. Fast fwd to now I am 550 miles from home 23 ****** broke down *** down inoperable for about a month now. ** is rolling cars off the assembly line every day parts shortage my a** its called priorities lets build more vehicles s**** our base. Personally I dont think this strategy will win the day. I was in a difficult situation I needed my truck so I traded in the truck for an F150 and lost I lost thousands. And ** lost a new customer for life.

I bought a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse ** in June 2024. I have been to the dealership several times for the same 2 issues with this vehicle. I believe that a was sold a faulty vehicle. I have filed complaints with ** on more than one occasion to replace my vehicle with another one due to the consistent issues ( the engine light, and emergency braking fault). The vehicle is still covered by warranty but the time and inconvenience of the need to get my NEW vehicle fixed this often is not the quality and dependability that I expected from GM Chevrolet. All I am being told is we will try to get the dealership to fix, and put in a claim for replacement. The replacement claim was denied despite the consistent issues that were shown on reports from work orders at the dealership. The ** customer service will not give me my lemon law rights. I put money down for my new Traverse, traded in my vehicle(2012 Traverse LS), and pay extra each month toward the principle for the cost of buying the new 2024 Traverse. I don't want to throw money down the drain. I asked for a replacement Traverse at the same cost and balance I have for the current one I possess now that is a lemon. I was sent to the sales department to rebuy another Traverse from scratch. The ** customer service have only claimed to help me with warranty on servicing the vehicle or directly me to the dealership for sales to buy another Traverse at full price. I am not satisfied with the quality and dependability of this ** product. ** is showing me that they do not stand behind their product or care to provide the customer service to address the problem with their product.

Had my car sitting on their lot for over three months. Part was on backorder apparently until I threw a fit. Then it was magically found. Did nothing to help. Wouldn't give me a loaner and have been very rude throughout the process. I'm still going through this BS.

I have a 2011 *** Coupe Cadillac Awd that I bought that is a ** product. I brought the vehicle with very low mileage ******. ******* ***** about 2 years ago .You would have thought *** would have fixed all the unpresidential issues with the *** COUPE CADILLAC 3.6L PREMIUM or any of the *** Coupe Cadillac. All the issues that I have had to fix on my car. The *** COUPE CADILLAC 3.6L is a very amazing bewitching car!! The more I have read about the *** COUPE CADILLAC since I own one now, it has cost me so much money to fix. *** big mistakes!!!! Now *** is making all the new CADILLAC and bring back all the older makes vehicle that our family driven in the 50 and 70. They are waiting so much more for the redoing of the ********** million dollar question is for *** why should we keep trusting your company products??? !!!!!! You are getting richer and richer off your loyal customers that work so hard to own your products. You're product you keep making reminds me of abuse relationship !!! Bought a brand new 2025 Silverado two weeks ago and its been in the shop for a week and half. I did not even make it to 450 miles on it. Pretty much the entire inside of the transmission is messed up and has been clicking. They say its ok to drive the truck like this. Who would drive a vehicle that does not sound like its running normal just to possibly create more issues or possibly void the warranty which is why I think they are saying you can drive it with no harm. I still will not drive it like that. Now that I have been without a vehicle for two weeks and trusting in ** and buying there vehicle when I should have bought a ****. Jokes on me. ** thinks its acceptable to sell me a truck that has already broken down for the same price some body paid that has not had any issues with there truck. Its companies like this that keep taking from the little man that will end up bankrupted. They would rather me have to deal with a piece of junk and to fix it rather than let me repurchase another truck that isn't having this issue. I promise that I will never purchase another vehicle from ** because they clearly do not stand behind the paying customer.
