      Had my car sitting on their lot for over three months. Part was on backorder apparently until I threw a fit. Then it was magically found. Did nothing to help. Wouldn't give me a loaner and have been very rude throughout the process. I'm still going through this BS.

      I have a 2011 *** Coupe Cadillac Awd that I bought that is a ** product. I brought the vehicle with very low mileage ******. ******* ***** about 2 years ago .You would have thought *** would have fixed all the unpresidential issues with the *** COUPE CADILLAC 3.6L PREMIUM or any of the *** Coupe Cadillac. All the issues that I have had to fix on my car. The *** COUPE CADILLAC 3.6L is a very amazing bewitching car!! The more I have read about the *** COUPE CADILLAC since I own one now, it has cost me so much money to fix. *** big mistakes!!!! Now *** is making all the new CADILLAC and bring back all the older makes vehicle that our family driven in the 50 and 70. They are waiting so much more for the redoing of the ********** million dollar question is for *** why should we keep trusting your company products??? !!!!!! You are getting richer and richer off your loyal customers that work so hard to own your products. You're product you keep making reminds me of abuse relationship !!! When that person tells you I love you and they keep ripping your heart and soul out of your body and Is destroying your mind !!!!!!!!!!

      Bought a brand new 2025 Silverado two weeks ago and its been in the shop for a week and half. I did not even make it to 450 miles on it. Pretty much the entire inside of the transmission is messed up and has been clicking. They say its ok to drive the truck like this. Who would drive a vehicle that does not sound like its running normal just to possibly create more issues or possibly void the warranty which is why I think they are saying you can drive it with no harm. I still will not drive it like that. Now that I have been without a vehicle for two weeks and trusting in ** and buying there vehicle when I should have bought a ****. Jokes on me. ** thinks its acceptable to sell me a truck that has already broken down for the same price some body paid that has not had any issues with there truck. Its companies like this that keep taking from the little man that will end up bankrupted. They would rather me have to deal with a piece of junk and to fix it rather than let me repurchase another truck that isn't having this issue. I promise that I will never purchase another vehicle from ** because they clearly do not stand behind the paying customer.

      Hopefully this review finds someone that can make a difference or prevent someone from having the same issues that I am experiencing. Bought a 2024 Chevy Tahoe Z71 in JUN of 24 and since that time we have experience numerous issues with the electrical aspects of the vehicle. It started when we needed updates to the radio and issues with the screen which we brought the vehicle in 3 times for. The dealer eventually replaced the screen. Since then, I have experience my brakes going out while on the interstate (Dash said antilock break system failure max speed 62 miles per hour) once I got the vehicle stopped and pulled to the shoulder, I turned it off, checked for any leaks (there was no leaks), restarted the vehicle and the dash light turned off and the breaks worked again. Took it to the dealer and the vehicle did not store any codes of the event happening. a few weeks later I am driving the Tahoe, stopped at an intersection, the vehicle lost all power and the engine shut off, repowered back up and the dash said service transmission. Drove the vehicle back to the house and the dash warning turned off after restarting the vehicle. We scheduled an appointment with the dealership to have that issue diagnosed but prior to that appointment my wife was driving the vehicle and while stopped at an intersection the vehicle lost all power again and the engine shut down, repowered back up then lost all power again leading us to have to get the vehicle towed. Once again the vehicle is at the dealership and is not giving any diagnostic codes. We have videos of the last 2 instances of the vehicle shutting down. Don't have a video of the breaks going out because I was more focused on getting the vehicle stopped and ensuring my families safety. We have filed a lemon law complaint with GM and are still awaiting their response.

      Bought a brand new truck and the transmission went out after 8k miles. GM Roadside wouldnt take it to the dealer I bought it from so they insisted on taking it to a shop thats a month out from even looking at it and no rentals available. Whats the point of a warranty if Im still left stranded? This is the last ** product I buy.

      Leased a ****** EV and within the first month it stopped running while i was driving over a bridge.they have no been able to fix it and it has been in the shop for over 2 months while I am still making payments. ** has not contacted me yet. In the mean time im paying 1200 a month with no loaner or a vehicle.

      WORST car company *** ever experienced. Got into a brand new 2025 *******, two weeks into having the car the transmission went. The vehicle has been in the shop for 40 days to this point. Argued with them for a week until I finally got put into a rental. Neither the dealership who sold me the vehicle nor does ** customer service car or are willing to help me. The service center the vehicle is in will not answer the phone to inform me of what is going on. Im paying for a vehicle I cannot even drive. Recently sent ** a letter regarding the lemon law and will be acting within my legal rights. Would never buy another ** product again, GARBAGE with GARBAGE service.

      This is for both ** Corporate as well as ********* Buick GMC in ***********....Absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs... I brought my 2018 GMC ****** here because it had a very obvious lifter noise while under warranty. the vehicle apparently stopped making the noise but I told them I knew what the issue is and to fix it while it's under warranty (the warranty was good until the end of the month) they proceeded to do nothing but let the truck sit there for over 2 weeks. called me and told me to pick the vehicle up. the warranty ran out while it was sitting there in their parking lot.. they proceeded to bang me for over $200.00 to find nothing. I was assure by both ** Corporate and the service team at ********* that "they would still take care of it after the warranty because it was a documented issue". Took the truck home, pulled the valve cover off later when I was again having the dead misfire issues again. Sure enough the intake rocker arm on cylinder 1 was not moving what so ever. Called both the dealer and Corporate back to explain what I found. They then told me "well no one can just re open your warranty" I told them you say you're on a recorded line go back and listen to both of you tell me because it was a documented issue it would be taken care of. I ended up having to buy a full cam kit and do it myself because they refused to take care of it. I will make sure no one I know will ever deal with ********* GMC. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. I have all photos of the issues and what I showed the dealership when I dropped the truck off as well as when I took the valve cover off and recorded the issues.I am a huge fan of ** products but the way I was treated in the case left me extremely upset with GM. **************** was absolutely atrocious.

      Because I bought a truck for 60 thousand dollars and the transmission broke down, 6 months at the dealer where I bought it waiting for a part is ridiculous. More annoying because of all the money I lost, they only gave me 800 miserable dollars, but the payments of 860 monthly were not paused even though I have not used my truck for 6 months. You are a crappy company and each time it is worse, we have bought 5 cars with you for the family. And recently my sister's 2021 Blazer is going wrong with many things. I think at some point I will order my entire family to not buy a car from you anymore. Even my children and my children's children. You do not help your loyal customers and I will tell my employees, who are 20, to go to **** OR ******.

      The 5.3L V-8 eco tech motor is complete trash. Never had problems with ***** till they switched. I leased a 2019 Silverado and 6k miles in the lifters went bad. Just leased a 2023 Silverado 18k miles the lifters went bad had it fixed and 3k miles after that they went bad again. Now Im stuck with no way to go to work because the service centers dont have loaners. And ** wants to keep raising prices. I leased so I have a reliable vehicle to go to work and get around but rely on that anymore. Very ****** right now.
