      I purchased a 2021 ***** Silverado with 84 miles on it in June of 2021. In Feb of 2022 i took it in for an oil change, brought it home and drove for a little bit, it was running hot, was told to bring it back in for them to look at it, after a day and a half, they called me and informed me that the engine block was cracked behind the turbo on the bottom. they ordered a new one and it was replaced that's all fine it was perfect.... 0 miles on the new motor... HOWEVER.... The warranty issue IS, when they replaced the motor, it had ****** miles on it. NOW, they will NOT extend the warranty, when i spoke with GM CS, they told me they'd be willing to look at options to give me something to make me feel better, what in the world can they give me to fix the issue???? EXTEND my warranty ****** miles is all i'm asking, or start losing customers... Mind you, i'm 51 & have been a *****/GM owner since i was 19 years old.. guess it's time to look into another company, so very saddened

      I leased a BOLT EV 2020. in July 2021, GM issued a recall to replace the batteries on the 2019, 2020 and 2021 models due fire hazard. As a short term safety measure, these models had a software installed that limited the charge level (about 70% of what the original was). Since then, and in spite of hundreds of calls, GM still does not have a date as to when I will get my car battery replaced but I am still PAYING THE SAME MONTLY LEASE for a car that I can drive for less than 70% of the range I leased it for. NEVER buy or lease GM again. ZERO star review does not exist. I wish it did. That would be my rating for GM>

      i have a 2017 GMC Sierra ************************** GMC did not take ownership of this. Not sure if the truck will RUST OUT. Very unhappy with such an expensive truck less than 41 thousand miles

      G M is in the extortion business now ,just bought a new 2022 ***** truck and they didn't tell me that the interface with my phone was going to cost me $15 a month to have hands free calling and blue tooth for my music won't play with this new truck without a subscription.the ****** map feature shows the map sometimes,this is disgusting,I would have never traded trucks if I had known this .my 2016 all worked on fine with no subscription.this is extortion and I won't be buying it another gm vehicle

      I purchased a vehicle from ********** Buick GMC on ******, in ********* **, after literal MONTHS of searching for the right vehicle upgrade for my family. I found a 2018 Tahoe from AutoNation GMC Buick and after my husband test drove it we decided to purchase. The purchase process and our salesman was amazing. It took less than 3 hours and we were out, and at the time thrilled. This is when it all started going downhill. Less than 24hours later there was a horrible clunking noise everytime we accelerated, we called our salesman and he had us bring it the following Monday. This would be the 1st of FIVE times we had to take our vehicle in to be serviced.We were told the motor mounts were bad, the truck was in their shop for 5 days for this and they replaced them and we took our truck home.In the 4 months since April (when we purchased our vehicle) weve put less than ***** miles on our truck but it has been in the shop 4 more times, each time for no less than 5 days. Each time we took it back it was for the same issue. The check engine light would flash, the truck would go into limp mode which caused us to lose all power and in turn cause driveability issues. This could occur while going ********************* even down the freeway at ***************************************************** the middle of whatever road/highway we were on. Clearly unsafe. We have had the truck in their shop for a total of 3 and a half weeks, they have never been able to figure out the actual problem with it, but have used my warranty to replace 2 parts, neither of which fixed the issue. The last time we took our vehicle in we were basically told by ***************** in service, that there was nothing they could do for us because they couldnt duplicate the problem, but they were unwilling to drive the truck in order for it to do so. He then told my husband that if it made him happy they would just continue to throw parts at it, as long as our warranty company allowed it. Being t

      This should be illegal. General Motors should be liable to control their Dealers. Price gouging on new corvettes by 20k is total b.s. How is this o.k.? Where are people protected? Next thing you know GM has their hands out for Government bailout and who's paying for that? The ones getting screwed over by their Dealers. This is absolute B.S. and people should stop supporting them until they do something about it.

      I am so disgusted with General Motors, I had to replace two Motors within 2 years for my 2012 ***** Equinox. An employee by the name of Kiki stated that they will assist me with the repair **** but declined because the dealer reduced my **** by fifteen percent by not charging me for the oil change. General Motors refused to assist me financially due to this process. So I had to solely pay for the repairs again for my motor .

      My husband and I love **** but lately my transmission *****. I've replaced it multiple times and still the same. I have a 2009 **** escape with barely ****** miles. ******
