For the record it does not let you give them Zero stars, if not I would not add a star rating unless is a -5 stars. GM has managed to fail again in customer service. This is is my second leased vehicle and yet have to speak about a good experience. They took my vehicle in because it had a bad engine lifter due to poor manufacturing. They did not provide me with a loaner instead they wanted to rent me one at $45 a day, that's superb customer service for their s**** up. Then they kept my vehicle for 7 days until they got the parts they needed. I called GM to get a lease credit and they said they cannot do that, but they can offer me rewards points, that's the worse resolution to a serious problem. I did not drive my vehicle for an entire week and I still have to pay for it. This will be the last time I lease a vehicle from GM due to their horrific customer service. after the service was done, they have the audacity to send me a customer satisfaction survey like they provided great customer service, but put a bright yellow sticker, saying to talk to the service manager before I put a negative review, that's pure BS because my issue was not resolved with getting a partial credit on my lease. When you go to the dealership to acquire about a new vehicle, the sales department has 5 employees fighting to see whos going to get the commission, but once you sign the contract you are a nobody, because now they have gotten their big commission and want nothing to do with the customer. I will advise anyone that is interested in acquiring a vehicle from any GM dealership go somewhere where your treated like a customer.

Have a 2007 Buick *******. Drivers side passenger window was broken. GM discontinued; no dealer or auto glass company can get one. Called customer service who told me their policy is that they can stop making parts after 10 years. They eventually hung up on me. Know that if you buy a GM you may only getting a vehicle with a life of 10 years.

Bought a brand new Chevrolet bolt 2022 in June GM reduced the price the next week by $5000 to $7000 on the 2023s. I thought oh bummer, I was ready for a loss or **** or so dollars in value reduction when I drove it off the line but not that much.Chevrolet announced that they were going to rebate the money for the difference between the two to people who bought new Chevrolet Bolts during 2022 during the crunch. I definitely qualified about the time I bought it but when I checked a GM told me that my Purchase did not qualify because I traded a car in. I was just sick and very disappointed and felt frankly cheated. I give GM no stars.

I purchased a 2019 Traverse. GM currently has no recall on a part that is known to be faulty. There are a number of vehicles that have a common "Shift to Park" issue. The repair is ONLY covered under an extended warranty. GM currently has 3 lawsuits pending against them and refuse to issue a recall. If you contact GM there is no information available on what extensive or long term damage this causes.

Just leased 2022 ***** Tahoe. Was driving and the entire electronic panel started blinking and running through all the warning sensors. We took our vehicle in to be checked on 9/12 it is 10/13 and we still do not have our vehicle back. They have been waiting on a part. GM keeps telling us its been ordered but they have no idea when the part will be in and cant track it. Dont make vehicles if you cant get the parts to fix it in a timely manner.

I bought a Navigational System from GMC and then I bought an update from their distributor, Here Technology, *****************************************************, phone number is I paid Premier Chevrolet $180.00 to install and they were unable to install it. They had the car for four days. It doesn't work so I sent it back. I have no Navigation System in my truck, I have complained and have been told there is nothing they can do. How do I get my old system back? There must be a way to resolve this.

I bought a brand new 2022 silverado crew cab with a 5.3 l engine. At **** miles, truck would loose power , check engine light on, service traction control message, only for about 2 miles in the morning. Then truck would run fine the rest of the day. took it to dealer to check, thought a bad sensor, maybe. They tell me all the lifters will have to be changed!!!! I'm furious!!! $57,000 truck, **** miles, major engine repairs needed. I'm done with GM products. I will never buy a ***** again!!! Unbelievable! If zero stars was an option, thats what GM would get! ************ ********* **.

I bought a new 2021 ***** **** Duramax. It has been to 2 different dealers 3 different times for it cranking and not starting. ***** HQ just keeps telling me to let the local dealers try to fix it even though they cannot replicate the issue. I have sent them videos of it doing this the last 2 times and it has been towed to a dealership twice now. I have never received a loaner or rental option any of the 4 different times in total also that it has been dropped off for warranty issues. Buyers beware.

I have a 2019 ***** Colorado that has had transmission issues since the very first day I drove it off the lot. I have taken it to the dealership more times than I can keep track of. Thus truck has had 3- reprograms, 2- torque converters, 4- flushes on the transmission. It is still having transmission issues and ** finally agreed to totally replace the transmission. I have been told for nearly 2 months now that the transmission for this make and model are on back order with no estimated delivery time. The ** advisors along with the service advisors all admit transmission issues for the 2019 ***** Colorado are known defects that have not yet been resolved. This truck has also had bearings and gaskets replaced in the rear-end differential. The ** tech that completed the service stated the rear-end issues were a result of the unresolved transmission issues. That was 2.5 months ago and the rear-end is currently having the same issues as well. Meanwhile, I'm told be General Motors that I should continue to drive my truck as is while I wait endlessly on a part that's on back order since it's not an issue that will land me on the side of the road!! I will NEVER buy another General Motors product!

I will NEVER buy another GMC vehicle. This was my first time buying a 2022 GMC AT4 **** and I thought it would be great. Get it and it was missing running boards, floor mats in the rear and had a high country decal on the floor door liner. These trucks go through how many checks before arriving at a dealer. Then, the dealer does a check too. These issues went past all these checks and customers have to point it out! Took weeks just to get all these items replaced. After only a few days of owning the vehicle I noticed multiple blemishes in the paint. The dealer kept telling me this was a cause from factory and they couldn't do anything. The dealer advised many trucks were being produced with these same blemishes. Finally after all the hassle I get the dealer to agree to an exterior detail to try and correct these flaws since GM will reimburse them. 3 months later I get my appointment just to be told that the detailer chipped my paint and now the bed has to be re-sprayed. This was the whole issue I was trying to avoid. Of course they tried to state that "I caused the chip, as they say it was already there, but were doing right by you and trying to fix it." Are you ******** me at this point! I've had enough I want nothing to do with this truck. They won't give me anything near what I paid. Worst experience I've had buying a vehicle.....extremely disappointed with this so called $84k truck!
