    I ordered 2 pairs of cloud shark slides for Delivery in April 2024. I have sent multiple emails and was told by ****** they were upgrading the warehouse and there was a delay in shipping but to expect them soon. I have not received the product and all communication from the company has stopped since Nov 2024. I believe they are operating the business under a different name online- thecloudslides but I cannot get any replies or info in regard to my order.

    On July 8th I placed an order for one set of replacement fins. I received several marketing emails and a "thanks for your order" email, but never received tracking or order number. I went to email them on November 13th only to see the site is down and other people have similar complaints. I would either like my products or a refund.

    I ordered a pair of cloudsharks for my kid on June 29, 2024. I heard nothing and so emailed on July 5, 2024. They wrote back with a template email the same day and then someone or something responded on July 8, 2024 about moving business locations, warehouse issues, and internal operation and fulfilment system changes. Among other things, they noted that "[My] order is still in the processing queue and is expected to be shipped out in the next 2 weeks once the customs will release our inventory." By August 3, I did not receive the shipment and I reached out again. They wrote back on August ************************************************************************************** 2 weeks. At the earlier email and this one, they offered a refund, but my kid really wanted the slides so I opted to continue waiting. I have now since sent emails on September 5, 11, 12, 15, and 16, without a single response. They are not proactively communicating nor are they responding to my emails. At the same time, their website is still live and seemingly taking orders while mine goes unfulfilled without a whisper of information. Very unprofessional in many ways.

    We had placed an order for the CloudShark Slides back on July 22, 2024 for my son. The delivery time stated on their web site three to five days. We have not received the order as of this E-Mail date, Sep 17, 2024. I have had multiple E-mails sent to the web site following their instructions. There has been a couple of correspondence with a representative stating issues they were having with their computers and shipping system. I was told the issues would be resolved within two weeks. The two week period was back in early August. I have sent a few more E-Mails since that two week period has expired with no further updates or correspondence from any representative from this company. I am looking for a refund at this point . Thank You.

    I ordered from cloudsharks over 2 months ago and never received my order. When trying to contact them I just receive a generic message. Cant get ahold of anyone.

    I placed an order on 8-19-24. The website states shipping within 3-5 days. I know that has only been 1 week but Ive sent three emails which also say will be responded to within 24 hours, and none have been responded to. I read many reviews where its been months and no response has been provided and no product has been received. At this point I would just like a refund.

    I placed an order in April of this year. It is now August and I still have not received my order. Ive gone back-and-forth several times getting updates even had a free pair added to my order for the inconvenience, but Im still getting the same answer. My order has been shipped, but they cant get update on the tracking information which was replied a little over a week ago. Now I know they originally asked me the first time I emailed them at the end of April *** they replied, with their first excuse that they are backed up on orders, and if I wanted my refund, I replied to them I did not because I got such a good deal. I wanted to wait but waiting four months for an order outlandish, Im thinking about getting in contact with some kind of attorney because this is ridiculous even though they offered to refund me months ago there has to be some kind of accountability on their end!

    I purchased a pair of cloudsharks for my son on 7/26/24. I paid $36.89 which included $4.95 for shipping as well as an additional $2.95 for priority processing. Today is 8/7/24 and their system shows that my order has yet to be processed. I have sent several emails to cloudsharks inquiring about the delay and have yet to receive a response back. At this point, after having read several other complaints, I wish to have my money refunded.

    On May 3 I ordered a pair of Cloudsharks for my granddaughters birthday. Told we have warehouse issues and youll get them in 2-3 weeks. In July I wrote again. We apologize and was told she could have an extra pair. Well here it is August and still nothing. How many people are they doing this to? BTW I ordered a pair off of Amazon and had them in 2 days. Cloudsharks are just stealing from people. Help

    I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of shoe charms from Cloudsharks on June 25, and they have not shipped yet, despite their 3-5 day shipping time depicted on their website. I have reached out to them multiple times and have received the exact same generic response both times. Their response said that they are having supply issues, and that they will ship in 2 weeks. It has been more than 2 weeks, and nothing. Their website says that they have a 24 hour response time to email, and its been at least a week since the last time I emailed them, with no response. There is nothing on their website saying there are any customs issues, or supply issues. I feel I have been scammed, and want my money back, but I cant get in touch with anyone to resolve this, as there is no phone number, only an email address. I have asked to have my order cancelled, and have the $50 something i paid refunded to me like I asked, but no one has gotten back to me.
