Placed order in June 2nd. Website states shipping in 3-5 days. Still have not received order. Emailed after a week of not receiving an order update. Received a response about a warehouse change and were sorry. Will be delivered within 2 weeks. Then nothing. Emailed them again- were so sorry- have a free pair still nothing. Sun communities haven't done nothing, but put down the road dirt (not top soil as they claimed). The grass isn't growing, the land is still unlevel, and my home wasn't re-leveled, they didn't fix the cement ( the cracked shed pad, the lifted areas in the driveway). They lied to you, which is typical of them. This matter needs to be moved up.
One more thing, the mail here is slow, on avg I get letters anywhere from 3 to 9 days past their posted dates. The best way to contact me is either Email to this address or call me after 11am EST Mon thru Sun.
You can clearly see in the first picture, no grass is growing, in the second you will see nice rich topsoil (and the road dirt areas they did, closer to the sidewalk) I paid for the top soil and seed myself and put it down. The grass is already growing. Sun communities are lying to you!Initial Complaint

Ordered in may, emailed the first week of June asking for delivery date. Was told they were changing warehouses and could be 3-4 weeks for delivery. Received email July 21st: Deliveries would probably start by July. We are still waiting for your response whether it's proceeding with the order, opting for a refund, or enhancing your order with an extra pair of slides. Responded immediately to cancel my order for full refund. The 24th I received email that my items had shipped. Responded immediately to cancel and refund order. The 25th I was told they couldnt cancel since it already shipped. June 26th I contacted the shipping company and was told they hadnt received the order yet so I emailed cloudsharks and told them again to refund the money and cancel the order. Emailed again July 1st. Its July 4th and I havent heard back and the carrier still has not received my package to ship. I want my money back!!Initial Complaint

I ordered slides on May 7th with express 3-day shipping and still have not received them or any communications with an update on shipping. Ordered from the cloudshark March 13,2024. Emailed the company March 21, 2024 about not getting a shipping notification or the product within their 3-5 shipping as their website states. Received an answer back March 22, *********************************************************************************************************** the next few days. Emailed cloudshark again March 31,2024 and recieved an email back saying they were sorry and my order was still in the queue and would ship soon but here is a coupon for 35% off. I just want the product I ordered. Their advertising needs to be fixed. According to other posts on ******** and Instagram this isnt a one time issue. I placed an order with cloud sharks on 12/1/22. Order#*****. I have emailed several times for an update on my delivery with no response. These were a Christmas present that I no longer need. As of 1/1/23 the tracking says its arrived in the ** and processing. I am confused because I was under the impression that they ship out of ***** ** and that is where I live. If that was the case I can just drive to the warehouse and get them myself. There is no working number you can call and several online posts state this is a scam company. Placed ordered 11/26/22-their shipping company is something I never heard of-they said the shoes came from China. Shipping info shows they cleared customs on 12/12 and arrived in Chicago. Since then, the tracking info just shows them as processing. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have them. These were a Christmas present, they didn't say they were coming from China. The tracking # they gave me for USPS shows a label created but the item not received so either they fabricated everything and no shoes were shipped or they were lost. I called their # and it's not working and I have emailed them several times and they keep saying they can't refund my money because the shoes are in transit. It's been 37 days since I placed my order. I do not want the shoes now and even if I did, they aren't coming. I told them i would return them if they ever showed up but they won't give me my money back. I have seen numerous complaints on Facebook where they advertise that this has happened to others. I think they are a scam company and just take people's money. If nothing else, someone should make them stop advertising and doing this to others. They owe me $47.00 USD. Order #44056. Hi ****, thank you for the message. Will be happy to address your concerns. Upon checking your order, I do see it was placed 11/26 and we're well over a month without you receiving anything, which is beyond past our delivery times for our products that don't ship from the USA. Our team doesn't refund orders that are in transit, but you have waited long enough so I do understand the frustration you have with your order.
I know we might seem like a scam company due to the experience you received, but we aren't. We're shipping 75% of our products from the USA, Miami Florida to be exact. As of 1/12/23, or in about 10 days, we'll be shipping all of our products from the USA to avoid issues like this ever happening again. Our policy clearly states which of our products ship from the USA, but it seems like we could have been more transparent with that and I do apologize for dropping the ball there. The complaints you see on Facebook are because of similar shipping delays, but if you've seen the bad complaints, then you definitely saw the good reviews as well. Our team tries to be as prompt as possible in our responses to customers, but the shipping delays are pretty bad to where it significantly affects the reputation of our business, which as mentioned, is the reason why we've transitioned to shipping everything from the USA.
A refund has been sent to you, please check your email. Once your two pairs arrive, you will have some free pairs from us for the experience you received. Best,

This business sent us the incorrect product twice. They claimed it was what we had ordered but we never even received an order confirmation. Once the incorrect item arrived, we went through the steps they laid out in order to submit the return. We mailed the items back using the shipping label they sent us but now they are claiming they sent us the wrong label. We had already sent the items back by this point and now they are claiming they never received them. I told them the mistake was that they told us they sent the wrong label but they are not taking ownership of that and refuse to reimburse our money even after admitting their mistake.Business Response

I took a look at your order and see you did in fact order in June. Upon checking the tracking information internally, I see it's been stuck in transit, at the same spot for awhile now. We've received over ****** orders and there are a rare few that will get stuck / lost in transit. I do apologize greatly about this, I would be just as frustrated if I were you and ordering this for a family member or even myself. I do apologize about letting you down. I checked our customer service platform and see that our team was in contact with you. Where they failed is to check the tracking info internally and see that your package hadn't moved for awhile, I do apologize about that. Had they done that, we could have taken care of this much quicker and reshipped your order, or refunded you.
I'm going to send you an email now as a follow up and see what you would like to do going forward. Apologies again about the service you received!
