    This company did not place my all wheel drive vehicle on a flat bed and ruined my vehicle. It currently has multiple problems. My vehicle was repossessed by them on 3/14 it was in perfect condition, I retrieved it on 3/21/25 and my vehicle had to be jumped to start it and there were several notifications on my dashboard one of them stating that the AWD is not currently working. My vehicle is a 2023 Honda HRV all wheel drive awd is displayed on the back of the vehicle. The employee who released my vehicle was very impatient and rushed me off the property while I was picking up my car even though they had done several things that made it impossible for me to just drive away. I took my car directly from their lot to the nearest Honda dealership, I am waiting on their final analysis but they have advised that all of these notifications are on due to negligence in the towing process. I called to report and was hung up on twice in a row. I called from a different number to finally get someone to answer and they quote on quote put a complaint in.

    Trespassed on our property last night and carded both of our vehicles (both up to date on payments always) when called they denied, and said they card thousands of cars a month and have never had anyone upset about it and then told me you must have something to hide unbelievable no apology I have screenshots to prove all conversation and am handing over to local PD and seeking a criminal trespass as well as damage to personal property as they jammed their business cards down in the driver side window seal on a rainy night of both of our vehicles. No possible way it was an old address as its been in our family since the mid/late 90s.

    These *** show up at my place at 5am. back down my long drive way. Snooping on my property. And kept going by my garage and then kept trying to get into my trucks. my vehicles are completely paid for and have clean titles. They had no reason on my property snooping that time ****. They didnt even knock on my door or beep the horn. If the place opens at 9am why are they snooping on ppls propertys at 5am trying to get into ppls stuff.. I have video and camera proof.

    All of my vehicles parked at my home including a work truck were carded last night. There is no reason for them to trespass as my vehicles are up to date on tabs, registration and payments. Scam? Scare tactic? *feeling annoyed*
