    Myself and my family has bought countless machines from atvs, SxS’s to snowmobiles from Krupps over the years and I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s a home town environment and if your lucky enough to deal with Shane u won’t be shopping for your outdoor fun anywhere else. Shane Stephic is the best guy I’ve ever dealt with it’s not even close. To call him a salesman is doing him an injustice I feel because he’s much more than that, If you have a question he’s instantly just a phone call away and will answer any of your questions, you can tell he genuinely cares and has always gone above and beyond for me. Now he’s part owner so I’m sure it’s customer service has even elevated. This other review about the title trouble, if that did really happen I can guarantee u one thing, it had to be a “from the manufacturer type of problem” and not Krupps because it would of been handled instantly! They are all about their customers and are nothing short of FIRST CLASS!!! Keep Riding!!!

    I bought a new snowmobile from Krupp's this season. Shane and Mike were very professional and courteous throughout the transaction and were able to help with some logistical issues on my end. They have a nice, new showroom and are helpful with accessories purchases. I had my other two snowmobiles serviced there last year with another smooth transaction. I highly recommend Krupp's!
