This company is a scam and NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!! They will take your money monthly and overdraw your account and not pay a single creditor. They are so helpful and caring in the beginning when you are to pay your deposit but anytime you call and need help they are unavailable to help you, there are no managers or escalation team in this company, when I reported to them that Im getting negative credit reports stating that payments arent being made, They told me that I dont know what Im talking about and to just go with it. My credit has dropped over 100 points since working with them instead of going up And I honestly feel like this is pending litigation at this time due to credit and consumer fraud. Shut this company down immediately!!!!!!!! Ive put over $1000 in this company and am the ultimate loser in the situation!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to ******************** concerns. We are glad ****************** had a helpful and ***************** at first with our counselors while setting up their *************** Program. The first few months of the *************** Program can require significant coordination and communication while GreenPath solidifies the proposals with creditors. Unfortunately, ****************** provided incorrect banking information on the initial paperwork. We were unable to get funds from ****************** until February. This delay caused some proposals to need to be amended. Now ******************** *************** Program seems to be on the right track. As of April 22nd, GreenPath has distributed over $1000 to ******************** creditors and they are that much closer to being debt-free! We encourage ****************** to call us back so we can review this information and we look forward to continuing to work together. Thank you.

Greenpath Financial is currently managing my debt from a major credit card. Despite having signed a contract with Greenpath at the beginning of the month, the bank associated with the credit card has been sending warnings and harassing calls, claiming that I haven't made payments and am over 30 days delinquent. When I attempt to address the issue with Greenpath, it turns into a confusing and frustrating experience marked by misinformation. Greenpath deflects responsibility, insisting that I contact the bank. However, when I reach out to the bank, they deny any association with Greenpath, and there are no records of Greenpath on my account. This situation creates an endless loop of confusion. Moreover, the information provided by Greenpath contradicts my payment bank records. When I raised concerns about mishandling of my funds and the inability to track the flow of my money, Greenpath's latest explanation was that the bank increased the amount owed.Despite sending the requested information, specifying dollar amounts, Greenpath informed me that my account balance was still short and requested additional payments. There is no clear explanation for this discrepancy, and the representatives cannot provide a plausible reason. This situation raises concerns about potential incompetence or more serious issues. I fear that continuing to send money to Greenpath may worsen my situation with creditors, and the lack of clarity is causing significant distress.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******** concerns. After reviewing the account, it seems Mr. ******** concerns stem from an adjustment that was made by our staff after the initial counseling call. After every initial counseling call, we review the agreement and do research on the accounts. In that research, it was found that the account was likely already past due. To ensure the proposal would be accepted, the proposal monthly payment amount was increased. We understand why this would be confusing for Mr. ******** One thing was said on the initial call and agreement, but it was adjusted later. The adjustment was made to increase the likelihood of the proposal being accepted. We were attempting to be proactive and ensure the proposal was accepted, but we understand how that would have resulted in confusion for Mr. *********** clients who wish to remain current while they are transitioning from making creditor payments on their own to getting into a debt management program, we do recommend for clients to make their payments by the due date until Greenpath can start making payments. Once the program is set up, we recommend paying the difference between the payment that GreenPath sends and the minimum monthly payment due on the creditor statement until the new payment is reflected on the creditor statement. Clients are advised to also redirect creditors to GreenPath if they have any further questions. We understand that this can be overwhelming to manage and we have made significant improvements to how our counselors discuss these expectations. We appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve the explanations and do our best to avoid confusion. On 2/1/2024, GreenPath closed the *************** Plan per Mr. ******** request that was received. GreenPath appreciates the feedback and wishes Mr. ******** success in their financial goals.

I've tried to get through to someone to speak about my account with very little success. First time I waited 30mins and then left a # for the to call back. No call back.2nd time I wanted over 2hrs with no answer as of yet. I'm starting to wonder if this is legit. I called back as a New Client and got straight to a live person within 30secs.

Thank you for the feedback, **************. Congratulations on recently starting your *************** Program and continuing to stick to it. We apologize that your experience included a long wait time. Our goal is to answer calls as quickly as possible, but we acknowledge some of our wait times have been longer lately. We understand that can be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the wait to get your questions answered. We also understand your concern that the wait times are different for new versus existing clients. New clients are handled by a different department, and we have seen longer wait times in our department for existing clients. We continue to hire and train employees for both of these departments, and we are committed to improved answer rates. To resolve your issue, we have spoken to you on the phone three times. We hope this resolved your concerns. It appears all your proposals are now accepted. Thank you again for the feedback.

I paid over 9,000$. I had an early pay off date amount after being with them for 3 years and come to find out the pay off amount was incorrect. I had a 7$ late payment. I wasnt contacted and wasnt able to contact anyone. I was always able to get in touch with someone. Thats crazy. Never missed a payment. It missed up my credit score. I dont know who to talk to you. Overall, they were very responsive and resourceful in the beginning. I dont know about the terminating stage of the process

Hi ******, thank you for expressing your concerns and offering us some feedback. We are glad to hear you found us responsive and resourceful in the beginning! We reviewed your account and had a member of our GreenPath staff reach out to explain what happened. The additional $7 was charged to your account after ********************** had called to check the balance. When we distributed your funds to that account, we were unaware of the additional $7. GreenPath typically asks clients to review credit card statements after payoffs to ensure balances are at zero. We know that can be overwhelming to remember, so we recently implemented a text message system to remind clients to review statements. On the follow-up call with you, GreenPath staff also discussed possible next steps towards improving credit score and financial health. We hope this call resolved your concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out again! Thank you again for the feedback!

GREAT PROGRAM! Thank You!Greenpath was recommended by my local credit union. I was searching for way to improve my credit, and this was exactly what I needed. They did all the work. They found all my bad debt, organized it into a small weekly payment ($35 a week) and I was debt free and 100 points higher in my credit score with in one year! The only down fall is that it does take some wait time to get a hold of a customer ********************** rep, if you need to discuss something, but they are non-profit. It didn't cost me anything, so if I had to be on hold for 15 minutes, big deal! THANK YOU GREENPATH!

I never thought I'd see the day when my credit card debt was gone. I appreciated the lower monthly cost and not having to pay each creditor myself. It was time consuming and I was always afraid I'd miss something. This past September I was able to pay the last of my creditors and it's an incredible feeling. Everytime I called or used the chat I was able to speak with someone almost immediately. I highly recommend GreenPath Financial Wellness. My life is considerably less stressful now, and I don't jump in fear every time the phone rings. Thank you very much fir everything you helped me with!

Talked to a representative for over an hour to discuss some options, and after all of that her recommendations were honestly insulting. She suggested I find a way to bring in more income. I already work 50 hours a week and pay **** a month for child support to do that, and cannot possibly work anymore and afford more childcare. I came here looking for recommendations and help, not to be insulted and told to work more. dont tell an EMS worker to go work more..trust me we work enough and ***** paid enough for the things we do and see.
