      Greenpath helped me in a tremendous way -- Im so glad to be debt free and grateful for the support that I received with Greenpath. Im now back in school and working at the same time.. a far cry from where I was when I was in a lot of debt!

      I have been working with Greenpath for at little over 4 years now and have almost finished paying off thousands of dollars in debt. My bank referred me to them as I was in great need of assistance with debt repayment. I havent regretted my decision to work with Greenpath. They are there to help you get things in order and keep you on track but you are also responsible for making sure they have current information on everything. The key is communication: Keeping them updated on your financial situation and adjusting numbers accordingly, informing them of any changes to your debt info, the list goes on. You are the decision-maker. Some *** say its luck but I havent had any bad experiences when speaking with their associates via phone, chat, and the message center on the client portal. My questions have always been answered thoroughly. Speaking of communicating: If youre like me, you utilize two or all of those (message center, chat and phone call) methods to not only make sure you get through, but also to document your communication (they do have long wait times over the phone but they have a call-back option which is useful). For example, I spoke with ************ today and she was not only a pleasure to speak with but provided excellent customer **********************. I had a lot to take care of and by the end of our call, I felt assured and happy. As I said, I havent regretted working with Greenpath. They made it easy to work with my creditors, paying off debts no matter how my finances have changed because I made sure to communicate my concerns and things that *** affect my adherence to the program, in a timely fashion. I will continue to work with Greenpath until my qualifying debts are cleared. I HIGHLY recommend!

      If I could give it a zero I would. The concept is good and helpful but the execution is HORRIBLE. Avoid if possible. Customer ********************** is horrible. They answer quickly when I signed up but after that they are VERY difficult to get in touch with. I found out I could get a better deal elsewhere and am currently trying to speak with someone to get the exact amount needed for closing cost and who to send the money to and have been WAITING to reach someone for OVER 2 HOURS not to mention I STILL haven't received a call so it may be more. I strongly recommend not working with them it's not worth it especially since they don't answer when you have questions. When trying to see if there is another way to get the information and letting them know this wait time is worse than DHHS a general rep told me that they are sorry they are overwhelmed and helping thousands with the same. UNACCEPTABLE. Chase, DHHS and every other service out there has a better wait time than 2 going on 3 HOURS on the phone. They have been "actively" expanding for years according to past comments which I don't believe. Green path if you read this put a cap on how many you service until you can appropriately provide services to them waiting HOURS to speak with someone is ridiculous and disrespectful of your consumer's time as we have to wait to ensure we will not miss the call and start over again. I am telling everyone I know not to work with you all and informing my bank of your practices.

I apologize our call volume has been very high and our wait times have been longer. We are actively hiring and training staff and we understand it is frustrating to wait on hold. We have also set up a call back feature to allow a clients to not to have to wait on hold. This allows clients to receive a call back when a representative becomes available. Upon review of your file, I see you were able to utilize the chat feature and call back feature to connect to with a GreenPath representative on April 7, 2023. Since your consolidation loan company wanted to pay your creditors directly, it was noted the GreenPath representative provided you with information needed regarding paying off your creditors. I reached out to you on April 11, 2023. I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me and letting me know about your frustrations. Your suggestions on ways we may be able to improve customer ********************** will be considered. You mentioned the chat feature was the easiest way to reach us and provided you with an estimated wait time. You mentioned when contacting GreenPath in the future you plan to utilize the chat feature. We appreciate you keeping an open mind and engaging with us through our online portal, as its the quickest way for us to service and respond to your needs.       If I could give a minus I would I literally wasted hours dealing with this company.. being told nothing but lies just to get me to sign their contract. What makes it worse is that I was actually forwarded to them by ********** to help me take care of a credit card debt that became too much to handle due to rising interest rates, and a job loss due to a diagnosis of Cancer. Would not recommend them to the devil!!

      Apparently Greenpath thinks it is OK to make illegal calls to numbers on the Federal. Do Not Call List.I received such a call today (2022/11/06) at 13:33 Pacific Time.. It was a recording stating a different number than what was displayed. The displayed number belongs to Greenpath according to a ****** search.I filed a complaint with the ****
