  In 2021 Drexel Hereford contacted me to inform me of the death of my uncle, *****************************. I was also informed that I was one of the beneficiaries of his estate. Drexel Hereford sent me a contract authorizing them to collect and distribute the inheritance on my behalf, which I signed and returned. The last communication I received from them was in July of 2022 requesting additional information including a copy of my birth certificate and state ID. I complied with the request and mailed the documents. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to communicate with Drexel Hereford, but have not received any return communication or confirmation on this matter of my inheritance. My request is that you investigate this matter and have Drexel Hereford expedite the release of funds per the agreement. I believe that the delays and lack of communication from Drexel Hereford may be an indicator of a lack of a sense of urgency, and possible mismanagement of funds on their part. Additionally, I am beginning to question the legitimacy of this company. Perhaps their practices should also be investigated.Thank you in advance for your efforts on my behalf,*********************

  Hello-

  We conduct work as Private Investigaors in legal support of estates in which there are no known next of kin.  The cases in which we are involved requires probate court approval, and as such take an indeterminate amount of time to conclude.   At the outset of this matter *** **** was informed that legal requirements meant that his matter would very likely require more that a year to resolve, but quite possibly several years or more to conclude based upon the rulings of the court.

   

  ***** in our office has spoken with *** **** to explain this 7-8 times, but it appears that he often forgets the conversations.  He then leaves abusive voice messages for us in which he appears to have taken on a somewhat altered demeanor, due to unknown effects or circumstances.  Two of the voice messages are attached, and we have several more.   ***** in our office has had several conversations with *** **** that he appears to have forgotten, and perhaps he can take written notes during the next call to retain what was relayed to him.
