      Worst experience ever. My home was skipped multiple weeks in a row. Called and they told us to hide the recycling in trash bags and then they will take it. What???? SCAM!!!

      Trash hasn't been picked up in 2 weeks. **************** does not respond to complaints. When they do pick the trash up, they leave the can in the middle of the drive, so I have to get out & move when returning home on a very busy road. Their employees lack common sense & leadership. I would never choose to do business with this company but unfortunately it is who won the contract in my township.

      Collects payment but is not providing services. When customer service is contacted a woman says she has no answers and dispatcher has been in a meeting every waking minute they are open. No returned voicemails, No information is being provided to customer about when services will take place or any information at all. Terrible customer service not helpful and very rude. She also told me she has no idea because they should have been here the past 2 days. Horrific experience.

      If I could give them, zero stars, I would, they dont pick up the garbage when time is allotted for them they pick and choose which garbage they want to throw in the truck, even though they gave you the cans to put your garbage in they do not empty it they pick and choose. When you call and talk to a supervisor they want to inform me this is 2023 about Covid Really Covid get over it but you can stick your hands inside a garbage can and pull out with no gloves on and youre worried about Covid. ***** is an excuse and only an excuse.. if you call and talk to a supervisor they are rude, all they wanna do is make it your fault that they didnt pick up your garbage that you had out there at four in the morning. This isnt the first time that I called them. This is about the 15th time if not more. I will go to my township meeting and make sure we have a different company because this is ridiculous and Im not the only one that has complaints, its ridiculous. They get to pick and choose what garbage that you put to the curb that they will put in their truck really

      Workers are lazy and didn't pick up the trash because there was a lot. Should be getting paid if they aren't doing their job.
